【摘要】 野果是大自然赋予人类珍贵的自然遗产。自人类出现以来，野果就是人类赖以生存的主要食物来源之一。随着农业技术的逐步发展，它们中的一部分被驯化为优质水果，而绝大部分野果则退出人类食谱，默默地隐居于林间。改革开放以来，中国的野生植物资源开发利用工作有了很大的进展。野果作为营养功能性食品原料而广泛应用于食品工业，成为一种新兴的产业。 三峡库区植物资源丰富，除苔藓植物外有高等植物190科，1012属，3014种。如此丰富的资源储备，如果没有得到及时的开发利用，一旦被国外引入后大量开发成功，必将占领本该属于中国的国际市场。但由于三峡库区地域广阔，地形复杂，野果植物资源分布分散，自然产量普遍不高，除极少名、特、优种类外，大部分野果植物没有得到应有的重视和研究。因此，全面调查库区野生果树资源，进行综合评价和可持续利用对策研究，在学术上可以为今后的研究打下坚实的物质基础，在实践上，一方面可以优选经济效益和生态效益较高的种类进行人工扩繁实验，在库区生态环境恶劣及交通闭塞处推广种植，在龙头企业的带动下，获得较高的经济收益，从而改善库区贫困状况，增加库区农民经济收入，提高库区人民生活水平；另一方面，可以优选生态效益和经济效益较高的种类进行进一步研究，找到适合库区发展的水土保持植物篱技术，增加植被覆盖率，缓解库区水土流失，减少三峡水库泥沙入库量。 本文根据三峡库区的自然生态、经济、社会特点，对三峡库区野果植物资源进行了系统调查；使用Excel工具创建了“三峡库区野果植物资源数据库”；对三峡库区野果植物区系特征进行了分析；构建了适合库区发展的野果植物资源综合评价指标体系，并以库区9种典型野果植物为例进行综合评价和对比分析：研究并提出了库区野果植物资源综合开发利用措施及保护对策。得出了如下主要结论： (1)调查结果显示：三峡库区野果植物共计37科70属232种(包括2亚种、25变种、1变型)。其中，裸子植物：5科、5属、9种：被子植物：32科、64属、223种。科、属、种分别占库区己知高等植物总数的20.56％、7.91％和8.01％。 (2)库区野果植物区系特征分析结果显示：①三峡库区野果植物资源中单种科和小科最多，但更多还原

【Abstract】 The wild-fruit is the precious natural heritage which entrusted to humanity by the nature. Has appeared since the humanity, the wild-fruit is one of humanity’s main food origins keeping them alive. Along with the agricultural technology gradually developing, a part of them were domesticated for the high quality fruit, but major part of them then withdrew from the human recipes, lived in seclusion silently in the forest between. Since the reform and open policy, development and utilization of China’s wild-plant resources had very big progress. As the raw material for nutrition food widely applied in the food industry, the wild-fruit becomes one emerging industry.The plant resources of Three Gorges Reservoir Region are rich. There are 190 families, 1012 genera and 3014 species of the higher plant besides the bryophyta. So rich resources reserve, if not developed and utilized promptly, once developed massively by the overseas successfully, the international market originally belong to china will certainly be seized. But because Three Gorges Reservoir Region is broad, the terrain is complex, the wild-fruit plant resources distribution disperses, the natural output is not generally high, excepting extremely little famous, special, superior type, the majority of wild-fruit plant has not obtained the value and the research which should have.更多还原
