预应力锚索抗滑桩内力分析试验研究与数值模拟

【摘要】 预应力锚索抗滑桩是近年来在滑坡工程治理中广泛采用的一种新型支挡结构,但其设计理论和规范都还不太完善,本文通过对预应力锚索抗滑桩的施工监测,展开对预应力锚索抗滑桩的现场试验研究,总结现有锚索抗滑桩的内力计算方法,并结合ANSYS软件对该实际工程进行了施工开挖过程中边坡岩土体的变形和预应力锚索抗滑桩的内力计算。 论文首先对边坡的稳定性分析方法和滑坡推力计算方法进行研究,对于边坡稳定性分析,可以从定性和定量两个方面出发来评价和计算边坡的稳定性,其中定量分析中又以极限平衡分析法为主要方法,针对不同的滑动形式采用不同的分析方法。在滑坡推力计算中,对不同的滑动面形式选用不同的滑坡推力计算方法,提出了滑坡推力计算原则,即对于不同的滑动形式,原则上滑坡推力计算应该与其稳定性分析方法保持一致,这样计算的滑坡推力和相应的稳定系数才能对应,得出了滑坡推力在抗滑桩上的合理分布形式;文章接着对现有预应力锚索抗滑桩的设计原则、设计步骤和设计方法进行了总结,包括现有预应力锚索抗滑桩的内力计算方法,并分析了现有设计中的一些不合理之处,重点讨论了预应力锚索抗滑桩在施工过程中有锚索和预应力的施加过程,故需要进行施工过程中的内力计算,需做动态设计,提出了动态设计的几个阶段。在介绍了边坡稳定性分析方法和滑坡推力计算以及预应力锚索抗滑桩的设计计算后,文章结合贵州茅台酒厂有限责任公司“十五”期建设工程(二期)进厂道路工程设计K0+430~K0+640段左侧直立超高边坡支挡工程,进行了施工过程中的动态监测,通过对预应力锚索抗滑桩桩身应力和锚索张力的监测,对抗滑桩的内力、锚索预应力进行了现场试验研究,提出了防止和减少锚索预应力损失的办法;最后文章仍然选用了该工程实例,建立ANSYS有限元模型,对该边坡施工开挖过程中岩土体的变形和预应力锚索抗滑桩的内力进行有限元计算,得出了计算结果,并与实测值进行比较,得出了预应力锚索抗滑桩的内力计算方法。

【Abstract】 Anti-slide pile with prestressed anchor cable is a new pattern structure which is widely used in slide-resistant engineering. Yet the code and theory for it’s designing are not well established. This thesis is based on the construction monitor of anti-slide pile with prestressed anchor cable.through the test study of the anti-slide pile with prestressed anchor cable and the calculation procedure of internal force of design methods.at last.combining the specific anti-slide pile engineering and use ANSYS software to calculate the deformation of slope and the internal force during the course of the construction.Firstly,the analyzes the stability methods and the deliver process of slide thrust in the slope.about the slope stability,have two different methods to analysis the problem and for the different slope cases choose the specific methods .about the deliver process of slide thrust.discuss the principle.that is the methods of stability of slope are match to the calculation of optimization paths and methods and onto anti-slide pile as well as the anchoring mechanical of prestressed anchor cable.secondly,the thesis discuss the design methods,principle and the design order in the anti-slide pile with prestressed anchor cable,including the methods of calculation of internal force.thanks to the course of prestress forced so require the dynamic design in the course of construction.and through the research.it abtains the phrases of dynamic design in the anti-slide pile with prestressed anchor cable.thirdly,thesis combining the high slope treatment engineering which belongs to the MOUTAI factory.the test of study on spot had done during the course of construction,through monitoring the tense force of prestressed cable displacement and internal force of the pile.it abtain the methods which avoid and reduce the loss of prestress in the anti-slide pile and prestressed anchor cable.at last,the thesis choose this specific anti-slide engineering which is under construction to be example .build the finite element methods to calculate the slope displacement and internal force in anti-slide pile during the course of construction.it abtain the results and compare with the actual.the methods of design and internal force including the procedure is proposed.
