基于共同作用的预应力锚索抗滑桩设计分析研究

【摘要】 预应力锚索抗滑桩是在滑坡工程中近年来广泛采用的一种新型支挡结构,但其设计理论和规范都还不太完善,本文通过分析锚索抗滑桩的共同作用机理,总结现有的设计方法,进行了锚索抗滑桩设计理论和方法及其优化的分析研究,并结合ANSYS软件对具体工程进行了设计优化。 为建立合理的预应力锚索抗滑桩的设计流程,并弄清在设计中的优化思路和方法,本文首先分析了滑坡推力在坡体中和抗滑桩上的传递过程及预应力锚索的锚固机理,并在推导过程中得出了最大桩间距的计算公式和预应力锚索提供的锚固力的计算公式,为设计优化建立了理论依据;论文对滑坡稳定性和滑坡推力计算的方法和适用性进行了总结分析,得出了滑坡推力在抗滑桩上的合理分布形式,并编制了基于传递系数法原理的滑坡推力计算简便程序,为预应力锚索抗滑桩设计中的主要外部载荷的确定提供了定量依据;文章接着对现有预应力锚索抗滑桩的设计步骤和设计方法进行了总结,并分析了现有设计中的一些不合理之处,并重点对设计中所采用的力学模型进行了研究,得到了与实际桩锚工作体系更为吻合的预应力锚索抗滑桩的计算力学模型,并在此基础上得出了设计的合理流程图;最后文章选用了崇遵高速公路建设过程中治理的一大型滑坡作为工程实例结合ANSYS对其进行了优化设计,得到了治理该滑坡的经济合理的支护体系,并验证了前文中理论探索的合理性。

【Abstract】 Anti-slide pile with prestressed anchor cable is a new pattern structure which is widely used in slide-resistant engineering. Yet the code and theory for it’s designing are not well established. This thesis analyzes the combined action of the pile and anchor system and generalizes the methods that are presently used, it also develops the optimization designing theory and methods for anti-sliding pile with prestressed anchor and does a optimization design for a specific anti-slide engineering using ANSYS soft.To establish a proper designing flow path for pre-anchored anti-sliding pile and understand the optimization paths and methods, the thesis analyzes the deliver process of slide thrust in the slope and onto anti-sliding pile as well as the anchoring mechanics of prestressed anchor cable. It obtains the computation formula for maximal anti-sliding pile space interval and the anchoring force formula. The thesis analyzes the landslide thrust computation methods and their applicability, develops proper distributing form on the pile of landslide thrust. It also works out a program to calculate the landslide thrust according to the delivering factor method and provide quantity load for pre-anchored anti-sliding pile designing. The thesis generalizes the present designing procedure and methods for pre-anchored anti-sliding pile, analyzes the irrationality of them and achieved a new mechanical model for anti-sliding pile with prestressed anchor cable which is more anastomotic to the realistic structures. It also gives a proper flow path for pre-anchored anti-sliding pile designing. At last, the thesis chooses a specific anti-sliding engineering which is under construction to be the example and optimize its anti-sliding design, it gets the proper anti-sliding resistant system and proofs the rationality of theory studying foreground.
