低强度激光对人红细胞变形性的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了不同功率的低强度He—Ne激光对正常人体红细胞流变学特性影响。以正常人体红细胞为研究对象,测量了低强度He-Ne激光在不同照射时间、不同功率条件下红细胞的变形指数、取向指数、红细胞膜流动性、膜的微粘度和渗透脆性的变化情况。 结果表明:正常新鲜血液照射后红细胞的变形性和膜流动性、渗透脆性等无明显变化。但对放置48小时后红细胞的物理特性已经发生变化,偏离正常值的血液经激光照射后,发现红细胞流变学特性显著改变,其中激光照射功率2Mw,照射时间120分钟、照射血样为2ml时取得的照射效果最佳。
【Abstract】 To study the Theological characteristics of erythrocytes irradiated by low-power He-Ne laser, we measured some parameters of the rheological characteristics of erythrocytes irradiated with different doses of energy, such as deformation index, microviscosity , membrane fluidity, osmotic fragility et al. As for human’s normal erythrocytes, the optical effect of irradiation on erythrocytes obtained was2Mw , 120 minutes in 2ml. After irradiation, the deformation index and the membrane fluidity of the erythrocytes increased, however osmotic fragility decreased.Our study indicated that the low-power He-Ne laser irradiation has statistically evident effects on the rheological characteristics of human’s red cells.
