基于有限元的商用车膜式空气弹簧垂直刚度特性分析

【摘要】 空气弹簧是空气悬架的关键部件之一,空气弹簧在载重货运车辆和高速客车中应用越来越广泛。为了深入研究汽车装用空气弹簧后对整车性能的影响,必须首先了解空气弹簧本身具有的特性,其中垂直刚度特性尤为重要。 本课题通过应用ADINA非线性有限元分析软件对贵州前进橡胶有限公司生产的商用车自由膜式空气弹簧的静态垂直刚度特性进行了仿真分析。对影响空气弹簧垂直刚度特性的各种主要参数进行了详细的讨论分析。从空气弹簧在不同的初始压力、帘线角度和帘线层数出发,讨论空气弹簧在这些参数变化时对空气弹簧垂直刚度特性的影响。同时通过对有限元计算结果与空气弹簧实际工作情况的对比分析,进一步证明了本文应用ADINA所建立的有限元模型是有效的。 本研究为我国今后对空气弹簧进一步通过有限元仿真分析提供了理论依据,并为空气弹簧生产厂家的产品开发打下一定的基础。
【Abstract】 Air spring is one of the key components of air suspension and widely used in the commercial vehicles and high speed passenger vehicles. In order to study the influence of air springs on the vehicle performances, it is important to analyze the characteristics of air spring, especially the vertical stiffness characteristic.In this paper, using nonlinear finite element analysis software ADINA, the static characteristic FEA model of the rolling lobe air spring produced by GuiZhou QianJin Rubber CO., LTD is built. All possible parameters affecting rolling lobe air spring’s vertical stiffness characteristic are deeply discussed. The effects of the different inner pressures, fabric angles and fabric layers in the analysis of static characteristic to the vertical stiffness are considered. In conclusion, the static characteristic FEA model of the air spring using ADINA is correct.This project provides the theoretical and implemental basis for the design of automotive air suspension and developing of air springs.
