圆管带式输送机输送机理及优化设计研究

【摘要】 圆管带式输送机凭借其独特的密闭输送方式,已经在很多行业开始应用,但是在我国对于圆管带式输送机的研究还不够深入。 本文围绕圆管带式输送机的输送机理,分析了圆管带式输送机输送带的弹性传播及振荡,推导了过渡段输送带变形附加应力的计算方法,并基于此,分析了圆管带式输送机的等效转动惯量,对于软起动装置的设定有一定意义。 研究了线路布置的曲线方程的表达方法,总结了空间路线曲率半径的确定问题。 提出了过渡段输送带的微元仿真方法,并利用此工具分析了过渡段输送带的力学特性,给出了过渡段长度的计算方法,并主张工程中使用倾斜式过渡段,以减小输送带的极限拉力。 分析了输送段输送带扭转的原因,结合普通带式输送机前倾式防偏托辊,设计了可适用于圆管带式输送机的前倾托辊布置,并设计了智能化较高的自动纠偏装置,其中的传感器和执行器的工作方式都是首次提出。

【Abstract】 Rely on the special airtight transportation mode, Pipe belt conveyor had been using in many industries. But the research of Pipe belt conveyor is in a junior exploring stage in our country.This article analyses the flexibility transport and shake of the belt in the Pipe belt conveyor, deduces the calculational method of transfiguration force on the belt of the Transition segment arounding the transportation theory, and it’s very significative to the enactment of the soft-start equipment for analyzing the equivalent moment of inertia of the Pipe belt conveyor.And the article studies the curve equation of the channel, summarizes the question of confirming the radius of the channel curvature.Found differential elements shaping theory, and analyses the dynamic characteristic of transition segment using this theory. Show the scientific calculation method of the length of the transition segment. And proposes to use gradient type transition segment for reduce the point force of the belt.Analyses the reason why the belt of the transition segment is torsional. Designs the pitch-rollers for Pipe belt conveyor according to the pitch-rollers in the common belt conveyor. And it designs a type of automatic belt run-offset adjustment. And the working mode of the sensor and acting-setting is the first time to be referred to.
