现代企业的管理与人性关系探析

【摘要】 现代企业的管理与人性问题是现代企业管理中的深层次问题,本文从哲学的视角对现代企业的管理与人性关系作了分析,从组织层面、行为层面和价值层面层层分析,得出人性化管理是管理与人性关系发展的平衡。并就我国现代企业中出现的一些问题作了一些探讨和分析,主要是从现代企业的管理制度入手,分析行为和动机、人的理性和需要之间的关系,来寻求当代中国社会的现代企业制度的建立和完善的具体方法。首先,对现代企业制度进行概念上的界定,对现代企业管理与人性假设作了分析,并对现代企业的三种组织形式与其制度下人的发展作了比较,指出在组织层面、行为层面、价值层面管理对人性的影响及其原因,并指出高度分散的股份制企业中的所有权与经营权的分离,为人的全面发展打下了现实的基础。 其次,论述人性化管理是现代企业管理与人性关系发展的必然,是管理与人性发展的平衡。人性化管理是建立在科学管理基础上的更高级的、为了实现企业与人的和谐发展与共同成长的最优化的管理模式。人性化管理具体表现为组织目标的和谐一致、行为方式的柔性化、以人为本的管理价值观,就我国目前的情况而言,建立现代企业制度刚刚起步,存在着许多问题,比如现代企业里还存在着内部人控制、工人的合法权益得不到保障等问题,说明我国的现代企业中管理与人性关系还不够协调,故在文章的最后提出整改思路和措施。综观全文,现代企业的管理与人性关系表明,合理的制度能发展人性、塑造人性,不合理的制度能阻碍人性、甚至使人性扭曲、变态,而人性中崇高的价值取向则能促进管理的效率的提高,所以,我国要建立现代企业制度,一方面要搞好制度建设,合理地配置利益,建立信托机制,完善监督体制;另一方面,应该倡导合理的幸福观,引导崇高的价值取向。

【Abstract】 The question between modern enterprise’s management and the human nature was in the modern business management deep level question, this article has made the analysis from the philosophy angle of view to the modern enterprise’s management and the human nature relations, from the organization stratification plane, the behavior stratification plane and the value stratification plane layer upon layer analyzed, obtained the human nature management is the balance of management and the human nature relations development. And some questions which appears on our country modern enterprise in have made some discussions and the analysis, mainly is obtained from the modern enterprise’s control system, between the analysis behavior and the motive, person’s rationality and their needs the relations, seeks the contemporary China society the modern enterprise system establishment and the consummation concrete method. First, carries on in the concept to the modern enterprise system the limits, has made the analysis to the modern business management and the human nature supposition, and if the system servant’s development has made the comparison to the modern enterprise’s three kind of organization form, pointed out in the organization stratification plane, the behavior stratification plane, the value stratification plane management to the human nature influence and its the reason, and pointed out in the highly dispersible stock-company type enterprise the property rights and the operating right separation, the manner full scale development has built the good foundation.Next, the human nature management is the establishment in the scientific management foundation higher paraffin management pattern, the human nature management is for realize the enterprise and person’s harmonious development with the optimized management pattern which grows together.
