【摘要】 随着经济及医疗事业的发展，人们的健康理念发生了很大的变化。目前对于健康的定义是身体上、精神上和社会活动的完好状态，它包含生理、心理、社会适应能力三个维度、多个范畴和状态的内容。根据个体(或群体)健康诸多方面的现时状况来评定居民健康水平是健康测量的主要任务，在进行健康测量时应根据健康的内涵来建立评价体系，在具体评价指标中应容纳健康概念的各组成部分，以保持其结果的完整性，才能实现整体性的水平评价。生命质量在健康测量中的应用日臻成熟，生命质量是指在不同文化和价值体系中的个体对与他们的目标、愿望、标准以及所关心的事情有关的生存状况的体验。由于它不仅可以对生理、心理、社会等不同领域进行评价，又可对总体健康状况进行定量测量，故成为目前准确、定量描述人们健康的最好手段之一，既适用于个体评价，又适用于人群综合测量。在本次研究中采用生命质量评价方法对郑州市居民健康进行综合测量，了解郑州市居民健康水平，并对其社会学影响因素进行探讨。 居民健康促进和医疗机构的建设是密不可分的。居民健康水平与卫生系统的绩效有很大关系。在持续20年的医疗改革过程后，目前医疗机构面临着激烈竞争和紧张的医患关系等问题，加强非医疗因素的建设，在缓和及解决这些问题上可以起到很大程度的帮助作用。反应性正是对应于非医疗因素的量化而提出的概念，它是指公众对卫生系统具有合理的非医疗因素方面的期望和需求，卫生系统能及时认识并满足其期望与需求的程度和过程。通过对郑州市医疗机构反应性测量可以了解目前郑州市医疗机构在非医疗因素建设方面的现状，发现医疗机构在反应性各个方面目前所存在的问题，提出政策性建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of economic and medicine, there are great changes in the definition of health. Health evaluation is to measure the health level according to the status quo in a good many health aspects. The evaluating system should be constructed according to the connotation of health; the index of the evaluating system should reflect all of the parts of health definition in order to keep the results so integrated that we can get a comprehensive health evaluation of the individual or the population.Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. According to the meaning of the health defined by WHO, quality of life was applied in this study to measure the health level of the population in Zhengzhou city because quality of life is referred to the level of enjoyment and fulfillment derived by humans from the life they live within their localeconomic, cultural, social, and environmental conditions, which include not onlyphysical and psychological section but social dimensions also, at the same time it can be used to measure the whole status of health of individual and population, it is the best evaluating strategy to make a correct and quantitive description about population health.The development of medicalcare section is significant to improvements in health of the residents.
