钢筋钢纤维混凝土短梁受弯性能试验研究

【摘要】 钢纤维混凝土具有优良的性能,已广泛应用于各种工程领域。由钢筋与钢纤维混凝土复合形成的钢筋钢纤维混凝土梁是钢纤维混凝土在工程中应用的最常用的结构形式之一。本文针对钢筋钢纤维混凝土短梁受力性能研究的不足,通过截面尺寸均为150mm×300mm,梁长为1200mm的10根,梁长分别为600mm、900mm、1500mm、1800mm、2100mm、2400mm各1根,共计16根试验梁的试验研究和理论分析,对钢筋钢纤维混凝土短梁的受力性能进行了比较深入和系统的研究,主要研究成果如下: 1、研究了钢纤维体积率、钢纤维类型、纵筋配筋率和跨高比对钢筋钢纤维混凝土短梁正截面受力性能、破坏形态、受弯承载力等的影响,结合现行相关规范的计算方法,提出了与普通钢筋钢纤维混凝土梁相衔接的钢筋钢纤维混凝土短梁正截面受弯承载力计算公式。 2、研究了钢纤维体积率、钢纤维类型、纵筋配筋率和跨高比对钢筋钢纤维混凝土短梁正截面抗裂性能的影响,结合现行相关规范的计算方法,提出了与普通钢筋钢纤维混凝土梁相衔接的钢筋钢纤维混凝土短梁正截面抗裂度的计算公式。 3、通过对试验梁整个加载过程中裂缝的发生和发展的描述和对比,研究了钢纤维体积率、钢纤维类型、纵筋配筋率和跨高比对钢筋钢纤维混凝土短梁裂缝的发生和发展以及最大裂缝宽度的影响,结合现行有关现行规范的计算方法,提出了与普通钢筋钢纤维混凝土梁相衔接的钢筋钢纤维混凝土短梁最大裂缝宽度计算公式。 4、研究了钢纤维体积率、钢纤维类型、纵筋配筋率和跨高比对钢筋钢纤维混凝土短梁刚度和荷载-挠度曲线的影响,结合我国现行有关规范的计算方法,提出了与普通钢筋钢纤维混凝土梁相衔接的钢筋钢纤维混凝土短梁刚度的计算公式。

【Abstract】 Steel fiber reinforced concrete behaves excellent performance, which is extensively used in all kinds of engineering fields. Steel fiber reinforced concrete beam, which is composed of steel fiber reinforced concrete and reinforcing steel bar, is one of the most extensively used structural styles in many engineering applications of steel fiber reinforced concrete. Aiming at researching deficiency of bearing performance of steel fiber reinforced concrete short beams, by means of test research and theory analysis of 16 experimental beams, in which the length of 10 beams are 1200mm, and the length of other 6 beams are respectively 600mm, 900mm ,1500mm, 1800mm, 2100mm, 2400mm, all the section size is 150mmx300mm, A deep and systematic research of the bending behaviors of steel fiber reinforced concrete short beams is made, The main achievements of this paper are as follows:1. The effect of the volume fraction of steel fiber, the category of steel fiber, the ratio of longitudinal reinforcement and the span-depth ratio of the beam on the normal cross sectional strength properties, the failure mode and the flexural capacity of steel fiber reinforced concrete short beams are discussed. Combining with the calculation method of the current GB and codes, the formula for calculating normal section strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete short beams is put forward, which is connected with those of normal steel fiber reinforced concrete beams.2. The various factors of the volume fraction of steel fiber, the category of steel fiber, the ratio of longitudinal reinforcement and the span-depth ratio of the beam affecting the cross-section crack resistance of steel fiber reinforced concrete short beams are discussed. Combining with the calculation method of the current GB and codes, the formula for calculating the cross-section crack resistance of steel fiber reinforced concrete short beams is presented, which is connected with those of normal steel fiber reinforced concrete beams.3. Based on the research of the characterization and contrast of the development of the cracks in the whole loading course, the factors of the volume fraction of steel fiber, the category of steel fiber, the ratio of longitudinal reinforcement and the span-depth ratio of the beam affecting the development of the cracks and the width of the maximum crack in steel fiber reinforced concrete short beams are discussed. According to the calculation method of the current GB and codes, the formula for calculating the width of the maximum crack of steel fiber-reinforced concrete beams is established, which is connected with those of normal steel fiber reinforced concrete beams and normal reinforced concrete short
