【摘要】 在我国改革开放后迅速崛起、并表现出强大活力、为数众多的民营、私营企业，从企业管理学的角度来看，其中的大多数在形式上就是家族企业。它们在国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位，即使从长远的发展来看，也将是我国市场经济发展中不可忽视的重要企业群体。家族企业能否实现可持续发展不仅关系着我国的经济发展，而且也关系着我国的社会与文化的进步。 随着企业发展规模的不断扩大，社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立，经济全球化进程的不断加快和中国加入世贸组织的实现，家族企业的弊端逐渐显现，并日益成为其可持续发展的障碍。所以，研究家族企业有着特殊的理论与实践意义。 对于家族企业及家族企业可持续发展的定义，学术界没有定论。本文在吸收国内外有关家族企业的研究成果的基础上，对二者进行了含义界定。指出家族企业可持续发展是一个动态发展过程，不仅要求企业今天发展，而且要求企业今天的发展不会给明天的发展带来障碍。根据对我国家族企业发展现状的深入分析，笔者认为现阶段家族企业实现可持续发展的主要瓶颈在于外部金融资本和外部人力资本的缺失，因此，要实现可持续发展，我国家族企业就必须有效地整合外部资本，在运用交易成本理论和委托代理理论对我国家族企业外部金融资本和人力资本缺失的原因进行分析之后，提出了我国家族企业有效整合外部金融资本和外部人力资本的具体对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 In china, most of privately operated enterprises sprung after the reforming and opening policy are family businesses as matter of form. The have been playing an important role in our present national economy, and they will become the non-neglectable enterprise groups in the development of market economy in a long view. Whether they can achieve sustainable development or not is concerned with not only the development of our economy, but also the advance of our society and culture. With the continuous enlargement of business scope, the gradual establishment of socialist market economy, the course of economic globalization, and China’s successful accession to the WTO, the weak points of family business are coming to appear and even become the obstacles limiting the sustainable development of business. Accordingly, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the family business.To the definitions of family business and its sustainable development, there is no final conclusion in the academia. On the basis of absorbing the domestic and foreign research results about family business, the paper defines the two and points out the sustainable development of family business is a dynamic evolution which requires enterprises to develop today and enterprise’s today’s development not to bring the obstacles to tomorrow’s as well. Based on in-depth analysis to the status of national family business development, I think the major bottleneck of the family business to achieve sustainable development lies in the lack of external financial capital and external human capital. So, in order to achieve sustainable development, our national family enterprise must have to integrating the external capitals. After I analyzed the reason why family enterprises lack of external financial capital and external human capital with the transaction cost theory and commissioning theory, I have made some specific responses to family business of how to integrate external financial capital and external human capital effectively.更多还原
