【摘要】 农业及涉农上市公司代表着农业企业未来发展的方向，其可持续增长能力对于我国经济是否能够保持持续增长起着至关重要的作用。 可持续增长理论主张公司增长与公司各资源之间的协调和配合，太快的增长和太慢的发展都影响整个企业的发展。而财务资源是企业各种资源的综合体现，是企业增长的物质基础。 因此，本论文以可持续增长理论为基础，运用可持续增长模型及财务指标，采用理论研究、数据和案例分析相结合、定性和定量相结合的方法，从财务管理的角度对我国农业及涉农上市公司可持续增长的情况进行研究，从外部和内部两方面分析影响我国农业及涉农上市公司可持续增长的因素，重点指出我国农业及涉农上市公司在可持续增长方面存在的主要财务问题，并试图从融资、投资和保持合理现金流等方面为中国农业及涉农上市公司实现可持续增长提供一些可以借鉴的财务建议和对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The agricultural listed companies and related agricultural listed companies represent the direction of the future development of the agricultural enterprises. Their sustainable growth is very important to maintain the sustainable development of national economy.The sustainable growth theory maintains that the coordination and cooperation between the company increases and every resource in the company. Quick growth and slow development will influence whole development of enterprise. Furthermore, financial resource is the complex representation of every resource in the company and the material base of enterprise development.So, based on the sustainable growth theory and associated with the sustainable growth model and financial indicators, this thesis combines academic research, data and case analysis to dissertate its theme. It researches the sustainable growth statement from financial management and analyzes the subjective and objective factors affecting the sustainable growth and indicates the main financial problems on the sustainable growth of the agricultural listed companies and related agricultural listed companies in our country. Finally, the thesis attempts to offer some financial suggestions and solutions that can apply for the sustainable growth of the agricultural listed companies and related agricultural listed companies in our country from financing, investment and maintaining ideal cash flow etc.更多还原
