【摘要】 在提倡发展终身教育,构建学习型社会的今天,现代远程教育正成为我国教育体系中一个重要的组成部分。现代远程教育由于教师和学生的时空分离性,决定了学生在学习中需要不断得到远程教育机构提供的各种学习支持服务,否则将会出现学生学习质量下降、甚至最终导致学生的辍学。研究现代远程教育学习支持服务,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。目前国内外对这一领域的研究,大多是就它的某一个侧面进行探讨。本研究试从宏观的角度,对现代远程教育学习支持服务系统的内涵、构成要素、服务功能等方面,对其进行了一种全景式的研究和探讨。在此基础上,对四川地区的现代远程教育学习支持服务的现状进行了调查和分析。最后对我国的现代远程教育学习支持服务系统的建设提出了一些针对性的建议。本文在引言部分阐明了本研究的研究背景、研究目的和意义以及研究的内容和方法,并总结分析了国内外学者对学习支持服务的研究现状。正文分四个部分来进行论述:第一部分论述学习支持服务这一概念的内涵。在总结分析了其他学者对学习支持服务这一概念的界定的基础上,给出了本研究对这一概念的定义,并比较分析了现代远程教育与第一、二代远程教育学习支持服务的特征。第二部分论述了现代远程教育学习支持服务系统的构成要素及功能。现代远程教育学习支持服务是一个规模巨大的系统,本研究把该系统分为硬件、软件和人员三个子系统。这三个子系统不是孤立的,而是相互协调、相互配合,构成一个整体,共同完成对学生的各项学习支持服务的功能。第三部分是现状研究,即对四川地区的现代远程教育学习支持服务的现状进行了总结和分析。根据调查发现,四川地区的现代远程教育学习支持服务在实践更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of life-long learning and construction of learning society , nowdays, modern distance education is becoming a very important part in our national educational system. Because of the separation between teachers and students,students wants kinds of Learning Support Service provided by institutions of distance education, otherwise their learning quality will fall, even if they would stop their study. Those studies on Learning Support Service have great theoretical and practical significance. However, most of the present studies focus on a profile of it. This study tries to research it generally with its definition, elements, function and so on. On the basis of this, the author investigates and analyzes the situation of Learning Support Service System in Sichuan district. Finally, some pertinent suggestions are put forward about the construction of our national Learning Support Service System.The introduction of this papper clarifies the background, purpose, significance and methods of the study as well as summarizes and analyzes some scholars’viewpoints about Learning Support Service both home and abroad.The main text is divided into four parts: The first part is to clarify the definition of Learning Support Service. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing other scholars’viewpoints of Learning Support Service, the papper put forward its definition, and compares the characters of Learning Support Service in modern distance education with that in the first and second phase distance education.
