手提式X荧光解谱技术研究及实现

【摘要】 X荧光技术是现代分析方法中的一种重要手段。尤其是现场X荧光技术,是一项快速、便捷、精度高的分析技术,广泛应用在地学、有害物质检测、现场在线测量等方面。解谱技术是一种提高X荧光分析精度、更深挖掘谱线信息的一种数学处理方法,它弥补了由于探测器能量分辨率不足造成的测量误差。由于受限制于硬件技术和处理器,解谱技术在手提式X荧光仪器上的使用鲜有见闻。 本论文来源于:①中国地质调查局地质调查项目“手提式X荧光仪的开发和实用化研究”(项目编号:200320120002);②国家自然资金项目“核地球物理学现场X荧光技术研究”(项目编号:40274048)。本文将新的数字处理设备.掌上电脑(PDA)应用在手提式X荧光仪器上,为解谱在手提式X荧光仪器上的使用提供了条件。在以上的基础上,本文对X荧光解谱技术做了深入研究,提出了傅高解谱方法。将数字信号处理的观念应用到X荧光本底扣除中,取得了效果;将原有的高斯函数拟合方法做一定的调整,使得此方法更加适合手提式X荧光仪器的使用。傅高解谱方法的提出,将本底扣除和函数拟合方法有效的结合,算法的运算量降低,而且算法稳定性提高,高斯函数拟合方法的数学收敛性变好。函数拟合平均相对误差可以达到3%,平均相对方差可以达到0.98%。 傅高解谱技术在PDA上的实现,是一个嵌入式的开发过程。在开发的过程中,本文对WINDOWCE的开发做了研究,开发出手提式X荧光解谱软件并成功在实际中应用,对实际应用效果进行分析,总结出了算法的优点和不足。 本文的研究是对现场X荧光分析技术的一项补充,将原本在微机上使用解谱技术应用到现场X荧光分析中,提高X荧光的测量精度,扩大X荧光的应用范围。本文在X荧光现场技术方面的探索,将促进X荧光现场分析技术的进一步发展。

【Abstract】 Today X radiation sampling technique is a important technique in the analysis, especially the in-situ X radiation sampling technique. It is used very quickly and simply, but it can get high precision. Now it is usually used in geography、 inspection and on-line control. X-ray spectrum analysis is the mathematic way used to advance the precision and to get the more information from the X-ray spectrum. X-ray spectrum analysis supplies a gasp of the energy resolving power. It is very unusually used on in-situ X-ray instrument, because of limit of hardware and processor.This article uses new Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) on the X-ray instrument so the X-ray instrument can use the X-ray spectrum analysis. On this base this article studies the X-ray spectrum analysis and have got new method of X-ray spectrum analysis—Fourierism-Gauss spectrum analysis. It is very good that the digital signal processing is used to get the base. This article adjusts the Gauss Regression in order to make it more efficaciously when it is running on in-situ X-ray instrument. The Fourierism-Gauss spectrum analysis links the base deduction to the Gauss Regression, so this method is very quick and simple. The relative error is 3%, and the average deviation is 0.98%.The implement of Fourierism-Gauss spectrum analysis on PDA is the embedded programmer. In the programmer, this article studies the Window CE operate system. The Fourierism-Gauss spectrum analysis soft ware runs on PDA and uses in measure. In the measure we get some drawbacks and must rectify in future.The study is the supplement to in-situ X radiation sampling technique. It applies the Fourierism-Gauss spectrum analysis on the in-situ X-ray instrument and advances the precision and the area of in-situ X radiation sampling technique. It will develop the in-situ X radiation sampling technique by exploration of in-situ X radiation sampling technique.
