基于GIS的县市地质灾害防治与区划探讨

【摘要】 结合四川省甘孜州九龙县地质灾害调查与区划的调查项目为实例,探讨了应用GIS技术结合数理统计分析和信息量法的地质灾害危险性评价方法和防治体系。首先阐述了研究区域的区域自然地理和地质情况,概括总结了地质灾害危险性评价理论和评价方法,在此基础上对基于GIS进行地质灾害区域危险性评价的总体思路进行了概括阐述,结合研究区的实际情况,选取了对于研究区的危险性评价的评价因子,根据数理统计和信息量评价方法的数据要求,对在GIS下评价因子图层进行数据处理,将将处理后得到的评价因子图层叠加分析,最后结合信息量法在GIS下进行信息量值的重分类,最后得到研究区的地质灾害危险性评价图。 在研究区的危险性评价图的基础上,得出地质灾害防治区划图,并且在防治区划图的指导下,构建了研究区的地质灾害防治体系和防治措施。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of human being’s exploitation on mountainous basin areas, the geohazards in these areas have the much more influence on the existence and development of our society than ever. Therefore, it becomes more and more important to perform analysis and evaluation for these geohazards from the regional point of view, and to attempt to control and manage them to reduce their risk to our society. Take the project of the investigation and evaluation in Jiulong of Sichuan province for example, this paper has discussed the methods of evaluation the geohazards fatalness and the system of prevention and cure of the geohazards. Firstly, the nature conditions and general geological situations are introduced. The theory and methods of evaluation the geohazards fatalness are concluded briefly. Then, the general thought way for regional geohazards evaluation based on GIS is presented. The need of evaluation and the practical situations for the area being considered, the selection of evaluation factors needed in evaluation and the quantification methods for them are discussed. Then the evaluation layers for the need of the statistic and information content method were managed , then gave a adding analysis to the evaluation factors and reclassified the evaluation results. At last the evaluation map of the area’s geohazards fatalness were gained.The prevention area map of the research area was gained at the basis of the evaluation map of the area’s geohazards fatalness. Then prevention system of the geohazards was constructed.
