ARM和μC/OS-Ⅱ在多道能谱分析仪中的应用

【摘要】 多道能谱分析仪是放射性测量的重要工具之一,它被广泛应用于地质、建筑、环境、生物学、考古学等等领域,在近年来得到了蓬勃发展,目前市场上的多道能谱分析仪多以单片机为主控制器。随着嵌入式系统的发展,数字化、智能化、信息化、网络化、微型化将成为传统多道能谱分析仪的发展方向。结合微控制器的发展方向,本论文研究了如何将ARM微控制器引入到传统的多道能谱分析仪中,增强系统的功能。 本文中数据采集和信号调理部分主要采用继承方式,但是改用CPLD作为这两部分的控制核心,一方面减少了分立器件,提高了系统的可靠性;另一方面也增加了系统设计的灵活性和可扩展性。 为增强仪器的性能,硬件方面系统增加了USB接口以及方便人机交互的设备,例如LCD显示、键盘等,软件方面增加了谱线数据预处理软件,为了更充分的利用ARM这一32位微处理器的片内资源,为系统提供更有条理的任务管理能力,本论文中引入了μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式操作系统。在μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式操作系统平台上开发系统软件,绝大部分软件采用标准ANSI C语言编写,软件的可移植性好。
【Abstract】 Multi-channel spectrometer is one of the most important tools of the detection of radiation. It is so widely used in fields such as geology, architecture, environment and archeology and so on, that it has been made great progress in the past few years. The multi-channel spectrometers now exist in the market are mainly based on micro-control units. With the development of SOC (System on Chip), traditional multi-channel spectrometer is marching towards such directions as digitization, intelligent, informationization, networking, microminiaturization and solid state, etc. Combined with the development of the micro-controller, in this paper we will research how to improve the capability of the traditional system by ARM.In this paper, we inherit the data acquisition circuit and signal modulation circuit from the tradition instrument, but we take CPLD as the center of the control. In this way, we can improve the reliability of the system and the system can be more flexible and be enhanced more easily.We enhance the system by adding USB interface, LCD, keyboard and the software of spectral analysis in system. In this paper, we bring in embedded operating system named μC/OS-II to make full use of the source of ARM and manage the tasks orderly. All the programs are based on μC/OS-II and wrote in ANSI C language, which make it easier to port the software to other controllers.
