基于东北老工业基地振兴的企业资金筹措问题研究

【摘要】 资金管理成为企业财务管理的中心，从资金筹措入手把财务管理目标推向一个新阶段，这是企业目前财务管理中的一项重要工作目标，全面、系统地学习和把握现代财务管理的理论和方法，具有重要意义。 党的十六大作出了加快东北地区等老工业基地调整和改造的重大战略决策，为东北老工业基地振兴提供了难得的历史性机遇。东北地区目前正处在区域经济布局的整体优化和产业升级换代的关键时期。本文旨在结合东北企业所处宏观与微观环境，以资本市场和资本运营为支撑，从确定最优的财务管理目标出发，分析财务管理最优目标、资本结构、融资渠道、融资方式，分别指出了东北地区国有企业、上市公司和民营企业在东北老工业基地振兴中存在的资金筹措问题，并有针对性地提出相应对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Capital management has become the kernel of financial affairs in any enterprise. To push the financial management goal to a new phase from raising money is an important aim in current financial management work. It is very important to study and grasp the comprehensive theories and methods of modern financial management systemically.The 16th congress of Chinese Communist Party had made the decision of enhancing the pace of regulating and reconstructing the old industry base in Northeast China. It has provided precious historic chance to revive the old industry base in Northeast China. The Northeast China area is in a key period to optimizing and renewing its enterprises. Considering the macro and micro environments of enterprises and through studying the capital market and capital circulating, the paper analyses the optimized goal, capital structure, financing channels and financing methods. Then it put forward the relative countermeasures to revive the old industry base in Northeast China.更多还原
