公司资本信用法律问题研究

【摘要】 公司资本信用问题是公司法的基本问题，它在经济生活中具有极其重要的作用，并一直受到人们的重视。 本文通过对资本信用，资产信用相关资本制度的探讨性论述，从而进一步认识公司的信用究竟何在，文中对旧《公司法》注册资本制度下的注册资本信用的由来及其弊端，新《公司法》的相关资本制度的进步和不足进行了深入的论述，文中提到公司信用不再由简单的一个静态因素决定，公司信用是一个多角度，动态的问题，公司信用更多的是一种公司个人魅力的体现。对信用的评价需要公司立法更多的自治空间给公司及其股东来自我建造，公司信用是一个综合性的评价，既有物的方面，也有人的因素，同时公司信用的建立需要必要的制度支持。更多还原
