语音增值业务平台中关键模块及缓存机制的设计与实现

【摘要】 为了更快更好地推出新的语音业务,进一步降低运营风险,中国移动计划在全国范围内建设独立的语音增值业务平台,并向业务/内容提供商开放,从而引入更多新业务的竞争,以推动智能业务向更广更深的领域发展,在原有智能网业务的基础上引入更多的新内容。基于上述需求,有必要建设一个基于VoiceXML(Voice Extensible Markup Language)的语音内容业务系统,作为增值业务的管理、承载平台,开放给业务提供商和内容提供商。 语音增值业务平台VAP(Voice Value-Added service platform)是语音内容业务系统的核心模块,完成语音呼叫接续和语音增值业务解释执行的功能。 本文就是首先向读者介绍了语音增值业务平台在整套语音内容业务系统中的位置,逻辑系统结构,功能体系以及语音增值业务平台的总体设计方案,然后给出VoiceXML业务执行环境中Vxi、Inet和Cache三个关键模块以及外呼模块的设计与实现。 接下来主要介绍了语音增值业务平台中缓存机制的设计与实现。整套缓存机制包括按层次缓存、按内容缓存、层次和内容相结合的缓存以及改写VoiceXML缓存文件四大部分。其中按层次和内容相结合即VoiceXML文档DOM(Document Object Model)树缓存机制和改写VoiceXML缓存文档缓存机制是针对本平台特性提出的新的缓存机制,它们的引入和实现使平台的性能得以质的提升。 VoiceXML文档DOM树缓存机制可认为是层次缓冲和内容缓冲两方面思想相结合的产物。即它在内存中引入缓冲系统,引入了一个新的层次;另一方面,它只对VoiceXML文档进行有选择的缓冲,体现了内容缓冲的思路。有效的减少了解释器执行的次数,从而提高了缓冲的效率,极大的缩短了语音业务系统的响应时间。 改写VoiceXML缓存文档缓存机制是在系统缓冲机制的基础上,针对VoiceXML系统,通过采用语法解析预编译替换机制和文本语音转换替换机制,对系统中已经缓存的VoiceXML文档进行改写,能有效减少语法编译和文本语音转换的次数,从而提高整个系统性能。
【Abstract】 In order to push the new voice services more quickly and better and decrease the operating risk, CMCC plans to build an independent voice value-added service platform. This platform will open to service/content providers and enable them to provide more new services to customers. VoiceXML (Voice Extensible Markup Language) is used in this system as the service logic language.VAP (the Voice Value- Added service platform) is the core module of the speech contents business system, completing the speech call sign to continue and the Voice Value- Added service business to be explained and run.First, author gives an introduction of VAP, including the position in the whole set of speech contents business system, the logic system structure, the function system and the total design, then gives the design and implementation of Vxi, Inet and Cache which are three key modules in VoiceXML business performance environment.Second, the design and implementation of Caching Mechanism for VAP is mainly introduced. The whole mechanism has four greatest parts, which is hierarchy cache, contents cache, the hierarchy and contents combine cache and rewriting the VoiceXML cached. Among them the hierarchy and contents combine cache namely the VoiceXML DOM (the Document Object Model) tree caching mechanism and rewriting the VoiceXML cached mechanism are put forward newly, they lead to quality promote of VAP greatly.The VoiceXML DOM (the Document Object Model) tree caching mechanism can be thought as an outcome that combines the hierarchy
