基于UG的3D-CAPP系统装配工艺设计模块的设计及研究

【摘要】 传统的CAPP(computer aided process planning,计算机辅助工艺过程设计)的作用是利用计算机来进行零件加工工艺过程的制订,把毛坯加工成工程图纸上所要求的零件。它是通过向计算机输入被加工零件的几何信息(形状、尺寸等)和工艺信息(材料、热处理、批量等),由计算机自动输出零件的工艺路线和工序内容等工艺文件的过程。 近几年,CAPP的研究开始注重工艺基本数据结构及基本设计功能,开发重点从注重工艺过程的自动生成,转向从整个产品工艺设计的角度,为工艺设计人员提供辅助工具,同时为企业的信息化建设服务。这直接导致了CAPP软件产品的迅速发展,产生了人机交互为主的新一代CAPP工具系统,并在企业实际应用中取得了一定成效。 随着三维CAD在国内制造业的广泛推广应用,三维CAD在不远的将来会成为我国企业产品设计的主流设计工具。随着设计手段的变革,工艺设计跟着需要变革。工艺如何和三维CAD进行集成,工艺如何基于三维CAD进行加工工艺设计和装配工艺设计等等,目前在很多企业都有迫切的需求。 本文以上海光华印刷机械有限公司“基于UG的3D-CAPP系统装配工艺设计模块设计”为背景,通过对CAPP系统所追求的体系结构、管理功能等实际技术进行分析,以一种新的方式实现了CAPP装配模块。本文第一章介绍了CAPP的相关背景。第二章则论述了UG的有关介绍以及利用UG OPEN API进行二次开发的方法。本文的第三章对3D-CAPP系统的功能,框架进行介绍,并划分了功能模块。第四章对3D-CAPP系统的主要技术难点进行了说明。第五章则是对整个系统的测试调试的说明。对CAPP的各个方面进行了全面考虑之后,结合对3D-CAPP系统的深入研究,本文最后提出了3D-CAPP未来的发展方向。
【Abstract】 Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP) takes advantage of computer to prepare the processing of parts and to turn roughcast into parts according to the requirements of drawings. By inputting the geometrical parameters (including shape, sizes and etc.) and technical parameters (including material, heat treatment, batch and etc.) of parts to be processed into computer, the computer will automatically output the processing procedure and technical methods of the parts.In the past a few years, the research on CAPP starts to focus on the basic data structure of processes and the fundamental design functions. The development interest of CAPP has changed from the automatic generating of process procedure into providing an auxiliary tool for process designers from the aspect of overall product process design and to serve the information construction of enterprise also. It directly stimulates the rapid development of CAPP applications, which generates a new generation of CAPP tool system based on human-machine interface. Certain successes have been achieved in the practical application of enterprise.As the application of 3D-CAD is getting more and more widely used in the domestic manufacturing industry, it will become one of the most popular design tools for domestic product design in the near future. As the design method keeps improving, the process design is also improving. It is urgently required by many enterprises to integrate process with 3D-CAD, to design processes and design assembling processes based on 3D-CAD and etc.Based on the project of "Design and Research on UG-based 3D-CAPP System Assembling Process Design Module" by Shanghai Guanghua Printing Machine Co., Ltd., a new CAPP assembling module is implemented through the analysis of technologies such as system structure and management function stressed by CAPP systems. The first chapter introduces the development history and current status of CAPP. The second chapter introduces UG related knowledge and the methods of secondary development using UG OPEN API. The third chapter introduces the functions and framework of 3D-CAPP system and the classification of functional modules. The fourth chapter proposes some solutions for some technical bottlenecks
