【摘要】 本文试图运用所学的管理学知识，结合企业实际，运用市场调研工具，研究和探索北京网通在新建房产项目中应该采用什么样的通信解决方案，以便使北京网通能从激烈的市场搏斗中，取得竞争优势。 本文从市场调研入手，通过对新建房产项目的细分和筛选，从中选取具有代表性的住宅、写字楼和商业中心三类业态作为研究对象。在对公司内部的各区县分公司业务拓展管理部、技术支持部以及计划财务部、市场经营部、奥运通信管理部、大客户服务支撑中心和客户服务中心；公司外部由网通公司接入和被铁通公司及电信公司接入的上述三类业态楼宇的开发商、物业商以及最终用户进行充分调研之后，针对北京网通在实际业务拓展过程中所遇到的一系列问题，通过分析和整理，总结出一套面向房地产开发商的行业通信解决方案。 该方案突破了以往运营商所做解决方案的传统套路，弱化方案中的技术色彩，着重推出商务合作方案；抛弃以往本位主义的习惯，将房地产商对通信服务的需求放在首位并进行进行重点的解读和分析。该论文创造性的挖掘和利用北京网通公司沉淀的各种资源，设计了许多针对开发商的商务合作模式，为电信运营商改变价格取向，摆脱分成、返利等一系列不规范灰色业务拓展手段，转而迈向在市场活动中所应该采用的整合资源，产品创新和差异化服务的理想竞争模式提供了新的思路和想法。如能因这篇论文起到开广言路、抛砖引玉的作用，也就正是我的最终目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis discussed the Communication solution of new Real Estate project researches by CNC BEIJING BRANCH, by using several management theories. New Communication solution research needs high devotion and involving so many experts. If you succeed at end, you can get high output from it. New solution research need to conjoint with market of real estate, so it’s difficult and challenging certainly. It’s meaning for making full use of advantages and enhancing core competences to research new communication solution. This research discussed competitive environment of real estate communication solution project, analyzed it by using such methods of SWOT analysis, PEST analysis and Portfolio analysis. Aiming at the characters of CNC BEIJING BRANCH, this research put forward three strategic projects. The first project is to analysis market of Real Estate. The second project is to cooperate with other department and sales manager of CNC BEIJING BRANCH to study environment competence and demand of customer. The third project is to design new communication solution. After evaluating the three projects by suitability, feasibility and acceptability, analyzing the projects with Analytic hierarchy process, the second project was confirmed the optimum.更多还原
