【摘要】 随着我国整体信息化建设进程的加快，全球移动通信技术突飞猛进、国内电信企业运营能力逐年提高，为我国增值服务的发展提供了良好的宏观环境和产业环境。手机动漫作为一种新兴的移动增值服务形式，是现阶段2.5G带宽很有前景的一项多媒体增值业务。分析手机动漫业务发展现状，探索手机动漫的运营模式及发展路径，可为3G时代丰富多彩的多媒体增值业务发展积累经验。 本文对比国外手机动漫业务的运营模式和发展经验。首先分析国内手机动漫业务发展的宏观环境和产业环境，手机动漫运营现状中存在的问题，指出产业链的合作模式和盈利模式是解决发展手机动漫的关键问题。对手机动漫运营模式中产业链的合作方式、盈利模式、资费模式等问题做了比较深入的分析和研究，给出具体发展策略。 本文的创新点在于：1、提出手机动漫产业链中的合作模式是——通过产业链中各环节的多层次、多渠道的合作，共同搭建发展平台使动漫的原创创意价值在不断增值的过程中，实现产业链中各方的共赢。2、为手机动漫业务发展给出新的盈利模式。3、总结3G时代发展多媒体增值服务的关键是：内容的创意价值是移动多媒体增值服务产业链的核心和源泉，产业链中各方合作不断推动运营模式完善和业务创新是发展多媒体增值服务的动力和保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the whole information construction of China, mobile communication technology has made a rapid progress, and thereby the development of domestic mobile value-added business has achieved spectacular development in the past six years. As a kind of new mobile value-added business, mobile comic is one kind of multi-medium value-added business. Explore operation mode and development way of mobile comic is very important for feature development of MMVA in 3G time.This article compares operation mode and development experience of abroad mobile MMVA such as mobile comic. First it analyses threat and opportunity of mobile comic in macro-environment and industry-environment .Then it analyses existing problem in mobile comic operation mode, and indicates the key for mobile comic business development ,that solves the problem of industry chain mode and profit mode. Last it gives some detail development strategies on the beneficial business mode and price mode ,etc.The creation of this article is about the cooperation mode and profit mode of mobile comics.更多还原
