基于IPv6的无线局域网移动性管理研究

【摘要】 目前,宽带无线接入技术和IPv6技术正成为全球通信市场和研究领域的焦点。如何将宽带无线技术与IPv6结合起来,组建大范围宽带无线接入,更好地提供不受带宽限制的通信业务,已成为我们研究的热点。本文首先介绍了课题的背景以及研究方向;从WLAN的基础技术背景知识着手,着重分析了WLAN的各种关键技术,如拓扑结构、OFDM调制解调技术、802.11协议、传输媒质等;使用Matlab仿真了OFDM系统,分析各种调制技术对误比特率的影响;分析得出WLAN的优势与研究热点。然后,结合IPv6技术分析了WLAN移动性管理技术,包括认证授权、漫游、切换和用户管理技术,提出IPv6下的移动性管理方案,并重点对移动性管理中的切换技术进行了深入研究;分析并比较了现有的二层切换和三层切换算法以及优化方案。在这些研究的基础上,提出了一种新的适用于WLAN大范围组网的基于IPv6的低时延切换方案,经比较分析可知该方案可以大幅减少切换时延,降低丢包率,提高切换性能。最后,对后继工作提出了一些建议。

【Abstract】 In those days, wideband wireless technology and IPv6 technology have become the hot points of the whole telecommunication market and research field. How to integrate IPv6 and wideband wireless technology to supply broadband services is the issue we endeavor in.First, this paper introduces the background of the task and the aim of research, then analyze the network WLAN, this including many kinds of key technologies, for example, topology, OFDM, 802.11 seriels protocols and so on. It also gives simulations on OFDM system and analyzes modulation technologies, makes some conclusions on the advantages and research points of WLAN.Following the above, the paper detailed the mobile management technology in WLAN based on IPv6 technology. This includes authentication, authorization, handoff, roaming and management of users, especially in handoff aspect. I have deep research in this field. This paper analyzes the algorithms of handoff in data-link layer and network layer and the improved method.Based on the above researches, a new hybrid handoff method has been brought forward for WLAN in the next generation with IPv6. With this method, WLAN have low handoff latency, reduced packet loss and higher QoS. In the last, it gives some suggestion on future work.
