【摘要】 随着信息化技术的快速发展和知识管理在国内的迅速普及，越来越多的企业开始建立基于局域网环境的内部协同办公信息平台。本论文就是在为中国某某银行实施搭建协同办公平台的基础上阐述协同办公系统部分功能模块的设计和开发。在整个系统的开发过程中，本人结合实践完成了部分模块的功能和毕业论文。本论文大体介绍了协同OA系统开发平台Lotus Domino／Notes的特点和优势；阐述了协同办公系统的系统概述和架构设计；然后重点介绍了本人通过LotusDomino Designer客户端开发工具开发的会议室预定子模块，并详细说明了开发过程的各个步骤。以及本人在对会议室预定模块从需求分析到开发完成的过程中发现了用户以前使用的电话预订方式，存在很严重的预定时间重叠问题以及可用信息查询问题，在进一步的研究中，发现这些不足不仅存在于该项目，而且以前的项目中也未彻底解决，本人通过不断的编程试验来实现这些问题的解决，最后成功地解决了会议室预定时间的重叠问题，并且实现了会议室可用信息的查询。该模块实现了员工网上会议室预定申请，并为会议室管理员提供审核审批方便；提高了员工网上会议室预定申请、会议室管理员等办公效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the information technology’s fast development and the knowledge management’s rapid popularization in our country, more and more enterprises start to establish internal collaboration work information platform based on the local area network environment. The present paper is to elaborate the developing of some parts of collaboration work system in the foundation of building the Bank of XX’s collaboration work platform .In the overall process of developing the Bank of XX’s system, I completed the designing and developing of some modules and finished the graduation thesis through the practice. This article generally introduce the OA system’s developing platform -- Lotus Domino/Notes ’s characteristics and superiority, and elaborates the system outline and the construction designing of the collaboration work system based on Lotus Domino/Notes developing platform. Then it introduces with emphasis the developing of the Preconcerting Council-chamber module of the system that I participated in. As well as myself in analyzed in the process to the conference room predetermined module from the demand which completed to the development to discover user before used the telephone ordered the way, Existence very serious scheduled time overlap question as well as available information inquiry question, In further research, Not only discovers these insufficiencies to exist in this project, Moreover in beforehand project not thorough settlement, Myself realize these question solution through the unceasing programming experiment, Finally has successfully solved the conference room scheduled time overlap problem, And has realized the conference room available information inquiry.
