智能网融合技术及其过载控制的研究

【摘要】 智能网以其开放的结构,将交换和控制功能相分离,是一种快速、方便、灵活、经济、有效地生成和实现各种新业务的体系。作为拓展增值业务的窗口,智能网已成为移动通信领域一个必不可少的研究主题。业务控制的高度集中,带来了业务控制点(SCP)上的高负荷性,因此SCP过载成了一大问题,过载控制算法成了研究的热点。同时随着无线智能网(WIN)业务要求不断升级,其与位置业务及下一代网络(NGN)的融合成了未来移动通信系统研究的重点。 本文主要致力于智能网过载控制算法及与其他业务的融合研究。针对固定智能网及移动智能网的体系特点和业务流量特性,提出了新的过载控制算法,同时根据无线智能网的业务要求及未来移动网络的特点,设计了无线智能网基于位置计费业务及无线智能网与软交换交互的实现方案。 本文的研究结论和主要创新: (1) 研究了在不同队列长度、不同概率p(呼叫时到达间隔时间为0的概率)情况下令牌桶算法的健壮性。提出一种根据数据流速及波动性控制令牌速率的模糊控制算法。仿真结果表明该算法不仅具有简单令牌桶算法的良好健壮性,而且提高了过载数据的处理速度,有效减小了数据丢失,在一定程度上防止了过载引起的网络拥塞,缓解了业务控制点(SCP)的高负荷。 (2) 研究了智能网过载控制的三种典型算法,根据仿真结果及其特点,给出了各算法的优点。针对适用于移动智能网的基于两级许可证的漏桶算法,提出了一种改进措施,并给出了系统模型。仿真结果表明,本文算法在数据丢失率、平均呼叫等待时间等方面均要优于两级许可的单速率漏桶算法。同时,标志法的引入,降低了重传率,提高了传输效率。 (3) 结合WIN基于位置业务的网络模型,及实现位置计费业务的标准定位方法,提出了实现WIN基于位置定位业务的方案,并用信令流程加以表示。定位技术和位置信息获取技术的引入,增强了计费的合理性、可靠性、方便性,极大的满足了用户的需求,今后必将成为移动业务的一个新亮点。

【Abstract】 Intelligence Network(IN) separates the control function from the switch function with its open frame for service and it can generate the new service rapidly, expediently, agilely, economically and effectively. As the platform of the value-added service, IN has become the necessary topic to study in the domain of mobile communication. The concentration of service control brings immense service traffic and high load to Service Control Point(SCP), so overload control in SCP becomes a sixty-four-dollar question, and overload control algorithms become an intensive focus. Meanwhile the service upgrade in wireless intelligent network(WIN), which converges with Location Based Service(LBS) and Next Generation Network(NGN), is very important for future mobile communication system.This dissertation has been on studying overload control algorithms and convergence technique. Author presents some new overload control algorithms with considering the architecture feature and service traffic characteristic of mobile intelligent network. At the same time, according to service request of WIN and the characteristic of future mobile network, corresponding solution of location based charge(LBC) is presented, and resolvent of interaction is designed between WIN and Softswitch.The results of study and main idea in the paper are given as follows:(1) studying on robustness of the token bucket algorithm between different token banks under a p rate. According to the data current velocity and wave characteristic, which are used to control the velocity of token bucket, a fuzzy control algorithm is given. The results of simulation prove that this algorithm not only has robustness of token bucket algorithm, but improves the data processing speed and effectively reduces the lost data. To some extent, it keeps network from congestion and also alleviate high burden of SCP.(2) studying on three typical algorithms for overload control in intelligent
