S.S.S.离合器数据记录仪的设计以及其故障诊断的研究

【摘要】 S.S.S.离合器主要应用在电站和舰船动力装置(主要是联合动力装置)中,当要求主、从动轴的转速十分接近时,能够迅速地自动完成主、从动轴的啮合。作为动力装置切换的关键部件,S.S.S.离合器的正常工作至关重要。若S.S.S.离合器发生故障,势必限制联合动力装置性能的发挥,甚至严重导致整个动力装置的失效。因此设计S.S.S.离合器的数据记录仪,对S.S.S.离合器运行状态参数的监测并且应用智能故障诊断技术实现对S.S.S.离合器可能产生的故障进行预测以及故障诊断的研究具有十分重要的意义。 本文着重研究了S.S.S.离合器数据记录仪硬件和软件体系。在原有的S.S.S.离合器监测信号的基础上重新设计了输入、输出轴转速、扭矩等信号的监测,并且完成了基于Motorola系列芯片的S.S.S.离合器数据记录仪的硬件制作和软件的编制。同时完成基于虚拟仪器平台Lab VIEW的数据离线处理软件的编制,实现了在离线状态下读取、回放S.S.S.离合器数据记录仪中己记录、存储的数据。另外,本文在最后章节中主要对S.S.S.离合器状态的特征参数进行分析处理并且建立了基于神经网络智能故障诊断的数学模型,对S.S.S.离合器的故障诊断进行了初步的研究。 设计的S.S.S.离合器数据记录仪通过了实验调试,实现了对S.S.S.离合器状态的监测以及离线时状态参数从记录仪中读取、回放实验数据,为今后对S.S.S.离合器深入的研究奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 S.S.S. Clutch is mostly applied in the power plant of the power station and the warship (mainly in the Combined power plant).When the rotate speed of the initiative shaft arrives the speed of the driven’, S.S.S. clutch can automatically accomplish to mesh the initiative shaft with the driven one, quickly. As the pivotal part of the power plant switch, it is very important whether the work of S.S.S. clutch is regular. If there is a fault of S.S.S. clutch, it will limit the accomplishment of Combined power plant performance, even will result in the invalidation of the whole Combined power plant. Thereby, it is very signification that the Design of the S.S.S. Clutch Data Recorder for monitoring the state of the S.S.S. Clutch and the research on the forecast and diagnosis of cultch faults by the technology of intelligent fault diagnosis.This paper lays out great importance on the hardware and software of S.S.S. Clutch Data Recorder. The plant for monitoring the signal is anew designed by adding the rotate speed and the torque of the initiative and driven shaft on the basis of the afore-time plants. It also accomplishes the manufacture of the hardware and the program of the software of S.S.S. Clutch Data Recorder on CMOS chip basis of Motorola serials. At the same time, the special software which is based on virtual instrument—Lab VIEW for analyzing the data recorded is programmed. This software can read and redisplay the data memorized in the Data Recorder under the outline state. In addition, in the last chapter, the characteristic parameters of S.S.S. Clutch are analyzed and the mathematic model of intelligent fault diagnosis is built, then
