综合导航显控台综合检测装置系统设计及软件实现

【摘要】 综合导航显控台是集导航信息接收、处理、传输以及显示于一体的导航综合核心装置,如何快速准确的检测系统软硬件故障就是对导航保障系统提出的迫切的需求。 针对传统综合导航显控台使用数字万用表、示波器等简单检测手段查找故障的问题,本文提出了一套全新的自动检测和手动交互检测相结合的综合检测装置设计方案。该检测装置首先对各功能模块进行测试,确认故障模块,然后再测试故障模块中的各块板卡,将故障定位到板卡,最后给出对应的故障以及应采取的措施。 本文以软件可靠性工程的理论为指导,以保证系统软件的高可靠性为研究目的,详细阐述了在VxWorks平台下综合检测装置单板检测平台系统软件的设计过程。论文首先对综合导航显控台综合检测装置中的整机、单板以及辅助检测平台的组成、功能以及软硬件开发环境作一个基本的概述;然后对单板检测平台系统软件进行建模,根据软件可靠性工程的设计方法,进行了总体概要设计和详细设计,并且对设计的单板检测平台系统软件进行软件测试和回归测试,对测试的结果做了详细的归类和分析,检查出系统的设计的不足并且改进。 本论文研究设计的综合导航显控台综合检测装置通过了海军装备部召开的专家会鉴定,并经过某型号舰船上综合导航显控台的整体维修实践。实践表明,该综合检测装置已经达到快速准确故障定位、正确排除故障的设计指标;本论文提出的方案确实可行,软件系统设计达到了高可靠性标准。

【Abstract】 The Integrated Navigation Display & Control Console (INDCC) is an equipment integrated with navigation information receiving, processing, translating and displaying. How to detect the error in the INDCC makes a big challenge to the navy maintenance and repair department.Because some problem the traditional maintenance and repair department can not resolve by using multimeter, oscillographs , or portable computers, this article proposed a design scheme of an integrated detecting equipment with auto detecting and manual detecting method. This detecting equipment first finds the wrong module by detecting the modules of the INDCC, and then finds the wrong circuit border by detecting the circuit borders of the wrong module. Finally, it also gives some advice on how to resolve the problem.This paper is based on the theory of software engineering and regards ensuring the high software reliability as the aim of research. It gives the detail designing process about the Single Border Detecting System of the Integrated Detecting Equipment based on the Vxworks Real-Time system. First, this article gives a detail introduce about the constitution of the Integrated Detecting Equipment, the Single Border Detecting Equipment and the Assistant Detecting Equipment. Then it establishes the modal of the Single Border Detecting Equipment system and gives the summary design and detail design based on the theory of software engineering. At last, it introduces the test result of the Single Border Detecting Equipment system and gives the resolution for the design error tested out by testing software.The Integrated Detecting Equipment has been appraised by some experts from the navy-equip department. It also has been used to detecting the system error on a special INDCC equipment and can detect the error border of the system very quickly. The practice indicates the scheme brought in this article is practical,
