智能决策支持系统及其在石油储运中的应用

【摘要】 智能决策支持系统(IDSS)是决策支持系统和人工智能技术相结合的产物。由于其独特的研究方法和广阔的发展前景,使之一经出现就成为研究的热点。近20年来,智能决策支持系统的应用研究取得了巨大的进步,并且在咨询、诊断、预测、管理、设计等领域得到了广泛的应用,国内外在智能决策支持系统理论和应用的研究方面也取得了不少成果。但是智能决策支持系统作为一门新兴的学科,毕竟还未完全成熟,在理论和应用方面还有许多需要继续探索和完善之处。 以《储运智能决策支持系统》为研究课题,在分析了大庆油田储运销售分公司现有问题和智能决策技术的基础上,本论文采用基于案例推理与基于规则推理的融合推理框架来克服IDSS中的某些问题以作为解决分公司现有问题的有力武器。 值得注意的是,我们的着眼点仍然在辅助决策上,这就要求我们结合目标和背景运用智能技术,而不是在计算机上开发智能技术。这在某种意义上也告诉我们,IDSS的继续发展必须面向实际,更多地解决实际问题。 论文首先研究了基于规则(RBR)推理的IDSS,在充分研究RBR系统的基础上,对知识的表示方法、模型库和方法库的统一、数据库、推理机进行了深入探讨,研究了RBR系统在《储运管能决策支持系统》中的具体实现。 第二,论文研究了基于案例(CBR)推理的IDSS,在充分研究了CBR系统工作机制和关键技术的基础上,给出了CBR系统中关键问题的解决与在《储运智能决策支持系统》中的应用。论文中提出了一种综合案例相似度的计算方法,提出了一种基于规则推理的综合案例改写方法。这两种方法有效的提高了CBR处理问题的能力。 第三,论文在分析了RBR与CBR各自优势和缺点的基础上研究了CBR与RBR融合的推理框架。它充分发挥RBR与CBR各自的优势,克服对方的缺点,有广阔的应用前景。 最后论文给出《储运智能决策支持系统》的具体实现。
【Abstract】 IDSS is a combination of DSS and AI. For its special research method and vast developing space, it becomes the hotspot and developing direction in DSS. In the last 20 years, enormous advances have been obtained in intelligent decision support system application research. And has gained comprehensive application in consultation, diagnosis, prediction, management and design, people have obtained a number of achievement both in theory and in application study. But as a rising subject, IDSS still doesn’ t come to a head, have many work to do in theory and application.In this paper, I take 《IDSS application in oil storage and transport》 as study subject. After analyzing the current matter of the DaQing oil field storage and transport subsidiary company and the problem we facing in IDSS, I introduce the interfused frame based on CBR and RBR as a power weapon to dispose of these problem.It be notable that our respect still on assistant decision-making. Instead of develop intellectual technology, our aim is apply intellectual technology. And it tell us the development of IDSS must face practice, must solve matter of fact.First, after deep study of RBR in every direction in this paper, I research the realization of RBR in 《IDSS application in oil storage and transport》.Second, I made a study of the work mechanism and key technology of CBR in this paper. The solution of sixty-four-dollar question and it’ s application in 《IDSS application in oil storage and transport》 of CBR is given. I put forward a computing method of case-simillirity, and bring forward a method of case rewrite based on RBR. All of these has enhanced the capacity of deal with problem.Third, I study on interfused frame based on CBR and RBR after had analyzing each advantage and shortcoming of CBR and RBR.
