【摘要】 国际消费是现代国际社会日益普及的一种社会现象。随着全球化趋势的不断增强，国际消费交往日益纷繁复杂，国际消费纠纷频频发生并成比例递增。加之高科技的飞速发展和网络技术的最新挑战，消费者的经济弱势地位更加明显，其合法权益经常遭受不法商人的侵害。因此，保护国际消费者的合法权益是当今世界各国政府及法学界正面临的一个崭新的课题。因此深入探讨和研究国际消费者的法律制度，对于涉外消费者保护实践日益丰富而相关立法却落后的中国来说，其理论价值和实践意义更为深远。 本文通过考察世界各国消费者保护法律制度的演变历程入手，探讨了国际消费者保护法的概念、性质、渊源、原则、特点、基本内容、调整对象和价值取向等内容，并分析了国际消费者的法律界定、权利及其争端解决机制。从国际消费合同纠纷这个角度，阐析了国际消费者保护的管辖权、法律适用的理论和实践及其相关问题。最后着重分析和探讨了建立有中国特色的涉外消费者保护法律制度必须明确的几个问题，并提出我国涉外消费者保护法律体系框架的初步设想，探究我国融入国际消费者保护法统一化进程的可能性和现实性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The protection of international consume is becoming a brand-new subject that confronts every country government and the law circles. As a result, it is of great significance, both theoretically and practically, to explore and research into the law system of international consume protection, especially for China whose practices of international consumer protection are more plentiful but whose legislation of international consumer protection hands to lackness.The article emphasizes on probing into such issues as the occurring mechanism, the definition, the nature, the source, the character, the principle, the content, the adapted object and value selection of the international consumer protection law by surveying the evolution course of the adoption systems of different countries. Especially from the case of international consumer contract, practice and related questions of the jurisdiction and the application of law of international consumer protection.At last, the article also emphasizes on analysising and studying several key questions on founding the International Law system of Consumer Protection with the Chinese character, and put forward the preliminary plan of international law system of Chinese consumer protection. I also inquire into the possibility and practicability of China’s participation the unification process of International consumer protection law.更多还原
