永磁同步电动机控制系统在抽油机上的应用研究

【摘要】 永磁同步电动机具有结构简单、体积小、重量轻、效率高、功率因数高等优点。从70年代末开始,得到了从事电机及其驱动系统研究的学者和研究人员的广泛重视。经过努力,其硬件设计和控制方式在近二十年内得到了大力发展,商用化的产品也已经进入到工业生产应用等各个领域。可以预见,随着永磁材料价格和电动机制造价格的降低,电力电子器件及高速微处理器的开发,驱动系统理论研究和实践应用的不断完善和提高,永磁同步电动机及其驱动系统将会得到进一步的发展和应用,在某些场合将逐渐取代现有的普通电励磁电机及其驱动系统。 我国油田采油成本高,油田抽油机电机数量多、容量大、年运行时间长、耗电量大。国内外对抽油机电机的节能都很重视,新一代永磁同步电动机是目前取代传统异步电动机的最佳选择。 论文的研究工作是围绕着油田抽油机用永磁同步电动机变频控制器开展的。论文研究永磁同步电动机的稳态性能,结合向量图和等值电路理论对永磁同步电动机稳定运行进行了深入细致的分析,包括功角特性,电机运行状态的判定,损耗和电枢反应等永磁同步电动机自身具有的特点。 矢量控制技术是交流调速技术的一个重大突破,本文研究了稀土永磁同步电动机的矢量控制系统,包括id=0控制、高功率因数控制,并进行了Matlab仿真。 最后,提出了具体的变频器主电路和控制电路的设计方案,利用检测的直流母线电流和输出电流完成了永磁同步电动机转速自动跟踪,采用高功率因数控制,实现了永磁同步电动机自适应U/f曲线控制。同时,对永磁同步电动机的并网控制进行了研究,根据负载情况估测永磁同步电动机定子电压相位,实验测试曲线表明并网过程定子电压曲线过度平滑,基本无冲击。对永磁同步电动机的变频器进行了进行了样机实验。实验结果证明性能良好,完全能满足抽油机永磁同步电动机的要求。
【Abstract】 Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine(PMSM)has been more attention in the past two decades by researcher in the motor and control system fields ,because of its excellent performance for example small cubage, great power density and good efficiency. We can foresee the further development about PMSM and its control system with the reduce of the permanent magnet material’s price and producing the rotor, progress in the power electronics apparatus and high-speed processor and control theories. PMSM may take the place of excitation motor and control system in many fields.PMSM are importance approach to the problem that the cost of oil extraction in Chinese oil fields is too high and pulling small car with big horse at large in driving electromotor in pumping unit.In the dissertation, the research is focused on the design and exploitation for PMSM controller in pumping unit in oil fields. Naturally the paper originates from the PMSM itself, discusses the steady operation theory, analyses the torque character of PMSM, power character and efficiency as well.Vector Control(VC) theory is one of the greatest breakthroughs in the AC speed control field. Also details of the VC of PMSM is presented in the paper, and the analysis of several circuit control strategies of VC theory applied to the PMSM control, which include the id=0 control and high efficiency control. The simulation results show perfect dynamic performance and minor static error characteristic.A complete digital PMSM system based on digital processor is developed with the soft and hard ware design plans given.the rotor speed of PMSM can be self-adjustable by the supervisor of DC current and AC current, adaptive U/f control achieves by use of high efficiency. Similarly, I research the connecting grid power, and phase pre-estimation control technology is used to switch motor to AC power, the process of switching is plainly. We test the Transducer for PMSM, the results have good performance.
