【摘要】 列车运行监控记录装置是在分析我国铁路设施状况和运输实际需求的基础上，研制的一种以保障列车运行安全为主要目的的列车运行速度控制装置。其中视频记录系统则是新增加的一部分，主要功能是：通过视频播放前方道路情况和车内情况并将数据保存下来。保存起来的数据供地面回放系统播放，能够直观的再现当时的实际情况，利于发现并解决列车行进中的一些安全隐患；而当列车出现事故时，通过视频回放再现当时的实际情况，可以更有效地分析事故原因，并解决事故问题，为今后的行车安全增加保障具有重要的意义!基于此目的，本文对列车运行监控记录装置的一个重要组成部分——视频采集压缩卡进行了技术研究。 本文详细论述了以TMS320DM642 DSP为核心的H.264视频采集压缩卡的硬件组成和软件实现，着重叙述了该卡在Windows2000操作系统下的驱动开发流程，以及H.264编码实现及从PC到DSP的移植。 本文首先介绍了H.264编码的原理，主要介绍了Baseline profile编码模式下的一些关键技术；接着说明整个硬件设计，针对主芯片DM642、前端视频A/D芯片SAA7115和12C总线以及PCI总线进行介绍；然后给出了本卡在Windows2000操作系统下的驱动开发；最后实现了DSP软件编程及H.264算法移植，还给出了在DSP上的优化成果及试验结果。最终对全文进行了总结并提出了进一步工作目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 The train monitoring and recording devices are operating railway facilities in the analysis of our situation and the transport on the basis of actual demand, and to ensure a safe operation of trains for the primary purpose of the train operating speed control devices.
