【摘要】 素质教育是一种教育理念和教育思想，没有固定的模式。它以全面提高大学生思想品质、科学文化知识和身体、心理与技能素质，培养创新能力和发展个性为主要内容的基础教育。 当今社会是一个竞争的社会，竞争需要实力，而实力源于人才，人才得益于教育。大学生的思想道德和科学文化素质如何，直接关系到我国社会主义现代化目标能否实现。因此，加强大学生综合素质教育具有十分重要的现实意义。 我国大学生素质教育应把重点放在加强对大学生思想、政治、品德、人格的教育上。大学生素质教育，既要加强思想政治工作队伍建设，又要造就良好的社会环境，形成齐抓共管的局面。因此，首先要构建大学生完整的知识结构，其次要优化大学生的智能结构。文章论证了素质教育是一种教育观的思想，分析了当前我国在大学教育中提倡素质教育思想的迫切性及必要性。尤其针对我国大学生素质教育现状及存在的问题进行了探讨，并且提出了具体操作的方案，在理论和实际两个方面，对如何提高我国高等院校开展素质教育作了探讨和研究，为我国高校如何培养高素质大学生提供了新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Quality education is a new educational concept and a new educational idea, which doesn’t have a fixed pattern. It is a basic education whose main content includes improving the ideological quality, the knowledge, physical , mental and working skill quality completely.Nowadays society is a competitive society. Competition needs strength, while strength roots in talented person, which is from education. The level of our college student’s antilogy and knowledge quality relate to the realization of our modernization aim. Thus, it has an important reality significance to promote quality education.The point of this article: the enhancement of the quality education should emphasize on the enhancement of the ideology and politics education, the enhancement of the personality education, the enhancement of the innovation quality education, the transit of concept and the optimization of the teachers. We should enhance the education of traditional culture and the building of antilogy and politics task team, at the same time we should also create a good social environment, so that it forms a phase we manage together. In quality education, the first is to teach the college students to keep an active mood, the second is to exercise the iron will of college students, the third is to cultivate the brave enterprising spirit of college students, the fourth is to enhance the innovation quality education, try to construct the complete knowledge structure of college students and to optimize their capacity structure. This article demonstrates the quality education is a new educational view.
