基于XML的数据格式转换方法研究

【摘要】 本文的主要研究方向是基于XML的数据格式转换方法,最终设计一种可行的分类命名服务器(TNS),用来管理和交换来自网上其它异构数据库的生物多样性及生态信息。TNS数据库的形成大大方便了生物信息工作者。 本文使用目前较为流行的Java技术,Java服务器端页面(JSP),可扩展标记语言(XML)来设计与开发。利用XML建立一种正规的内部数据格式来交换来自网上异构数据库的数据。从这些异构数据库中提取生物多样性及生态信息数据,然后转换(映射)成统一的XML文档,再把这些XML文档转换(映射)成关系数据最终存储于TNS数据库系统中。本文采用DTD来探讨XML文档与关系数据模型之间的映射规则。通过数据结构映射(表结构映射和表联系映射)和数据完整性映射(实体完整性映射和参照完整性映射)的研究,详细地讨论了XML与关系模型之间的映射规则。 本系统使用了软件工程方法,通过建立用例图、时序图、实体联系图、类图以及活动图,最终用JAVA、XML和JSP实现系统的功能。最后,本文对系统进行了评价,并对系统的发展前景进行了展望。
【Abstract】 The main investigation aim is to design a feasible Taxonomy Name Server (TNS) with the technology of XML-based data format transformation to manage and exchange biodiversity and ecological information from other heterogeneous databases over the Internet. The biologist can take advantages of the connivance of TNS System.The thesis will use the popular technologies of Java, Java Server Pagers (JSP) and Extensible Mark-up Language (XML) to develop. XML is used to build a formal inner format to transform data from heterogeneous databases over the Internet. The biodiversity and ecological information are extracted from these heterogeneous databases, and then transformed into formal XML documents. Finally, these XML documents are transformed into relational data to be stored in the TNS database system. Document Type Definition (DTD) is used to do the research of the mapping rule between XML documents and rational databases. With the research of data structure mapping (table structure mapping and table relation mapping) and data integrity constraint mapping (entity integrity mapping and reference integrity mapping), the mapping rules between XML documents and relational model are detailed discussed.The software engineering method is used to form Use Case Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Entity-Relation Diagram, Class Diagram and Active Diagram. Finally, with the Language of JAVA, XML and JSP, the whole system has been finished. In this paper, as the summary, the TNS system is evaluated and the prospects of the system are proposed.
