基于供应链的绩效评价系统及指标体系研究

【摘要】 随着科技的不断进步和生产力的发展,以及市场经济体制与现代企业制度的逐步建立与完善,顾客的需求亦发生着日新月异的变化,企业与企业之间为争夺市场和顾客的竞争亦日渐激烈,使得市场的需求不确定性不断增大。企业欲想在激烈的市场中生存下来就必须要不断壮大自己,企业就不得不采取更为先进的管理方法和更为高效的生产技术,供应链管理即是其中之一。 本文从供应链管理和绩效评价的基本概念角度出发,分析了供应链管理的基本特征,对供应链绩效评价系统的构造进行了研究,分析供应链绩效评价的原则、特点及作用,并对绩效评价系统的设计过程进行了详细论述,在此基础上,对供应链绩效评价指标选择方法进行分析研究,并做了详细阐述。 本文所提出的供应链绩效评价体系及其相应的评价指标体系,是基于对供应链的发展状况、研究情况及实际应用中存在问题的进行了综合了解的前提下提出的,对于供应链的绩效评价有一定的理论价值和现实意义。
【Abstract】 With the developing of science and productivity, the system of market-oriented economy is now becoming perfect, so the demand of the consumers is varying with each new day, and competition among companies is more and more intense, all these lead to increasing the uncertainty of market demand. Companies who want to survive in this market have to expand themselves, and more advanced management and more effective technology have to be used, of which the supply chain management is one.This paper started from the concepts of supply chain management and performance measurement, analyzes the basic characters of supply chain, studies the conformation of supply chain performance measurement system, then the principle, the characteristic, the status and the function are analyzed, and the design process is studied in full, in this foundation, the guideline of supply chain performance measurement is studied and discussed in detail.The performance measurement system and corresponding remark index system posed by this paper have definite theory values and operation significance for the performance measurement of supply chain, for the reasons that they are based on the synthetically comprehension of the development status, research status and questions existing in the practical applications of supply chain.
