基于图像处理的平面焊接轨迹自动识别研究

【摘要】 焊接技术已经成为一种最重要的金属热加工技术,从日常用品的生产到尖端技术产品的制造都离不开焊接技术,而人工智能技术、计算机视觉技术、数字化信息处理技术、机器人技术等现代高新技术的溶入,进一步促使焊技术向着焊接工艺高效化、焊接质量控制智能化、焊接生产过程机器人化的方向发展。虽然焊接机器人功能较强,但由于专用程序、运行成本、投资成本等因素限制了机器人的大量应用。本课题为提高数控氩弧焊机的焊接效率和焊接质量,扩大焊接范围,采用非接触式的CCD数字成像技术,获取焊接轨迹图像,并对其进行识别。该焊接轨迹检测识别系统是在中文Windows环境下,应用程序设计语言Delphi 7.0开发而成。能够对从CCD传感器摄取的焊接轨迹图像进行滤波、锐化、二值处理、边缘检测等图像处理工作,并通过分别通过Hough变换、直线段逼近算法完成对直线和曲线的识别,最后保存结果为后续NC自动编程提供数据。通过配合相应的夹具,合理的焊接工艺安排顺序,该系统可以应用于其他平面焊接加工场合,数控焊机可以并根据焊接轨迹及时更改加工代码,提高设备的焊接适应性和焊接效率,一定程度上解决了自动化成本和加工效率之间的矛盾。面对能源紧张问题日益突出,创建节约型社会是必然趋势。本课题对提高资源利用率,节约能源有着重要的意义,必定会带来可观的经济效益和社会效益。

【Abstract】 The welding technology is playing a significant role in metal heat processing. Arrange commodities to highly sophisticated products, the welding technology is indispensable. Meanwhile blended with other technologies such as artificial intelligence, computer vision, digital information processing and robotics, the welding technology is stepping for high efficient in processing, high intelligent in quality control and robotization in manufacturing. Although the robot has powerful functions, it is limited to use widely due to specific program, running cost and investment cost etc.Aiming at improving the welding efficiency and quality and extending the application fields,in this thesis the images of welding path were obtained by non-contact CCD digital imaging technique and were recognized.The welding path recognition system was developed with Delphi 7.0 in the environment of windows2000, which functions include filtering, sharpening, binarization and edge detecting. The straight line and curve can be identified through Hough transform and line approximation method and the results are saved for NC auto programming.This system can be used in other plane welding when working with the corresponding jig and rational welding craft arrangement, and this makes numerical welding machine becomes more efficient and flexible by changing NC codes according to different welding path and resolves the contradiction between process automation and process cost in some extent. Facing the serious energy problems, constructing economical society is a necessary trend. As far as increasing availability of resources and saving energy are concerned the thesis has significant meaning and will certainly bring the considerable economic benefits and social benefit.
