智能烫发器系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 随着消费水平的提高,人们在美容美发方面投入了更多的关注。市场的扩大将推动美发产品的进一步发展。 本文针对现有烫发器材的不足,提出了一种基于数字式温湿度传感器与嵌入式信息处理系统的集散式智能烫发器系统构成方案,研究、设计、试制了智能烫发器的硬件电路,完成了智能烫发的软件设计。传感器采用数字式集成传感器,有利于提高烫发卷温湿度的检测精度;显示器采用微控制器直接驱动,有利于降低系统功耗;温控电路采用双向可控硅过零切换方式,有利于降低系统对外干扰。智能烫发器采用模糊温度控制方法,算法简单,控制效果好;利用无线通信网络将各个烫发卷节点与PC机连接起来,形成集散式测控系统,利用PC机的用户界面实现多烫发卷的实时测量与控制;为提高系统的通信可靠度,本文还详细研究了智能烫发器通信校验方法——CRC循环冗余校验方法。 全文共分为7个部分:第一章介绍烫发的原理、烫发器材的基本功能及研究现状,总结本文的主要工作和创新之处;第二章概述智能烫发器的基本功能,论述智能烫发器的工作原理,说明智能烫发器设计中的器件选择与编程语言选择;第三章简要介绍智能烫发器液晶显示器的显示原理和驱动方法,重点介绍智能烫发器显示单元的硬、软件设计思路;第四章介绍SHT10传感器的基本特性和外部接口的时序要求,详细介绍以SHT10为信息源的信息采集单元设计,探讨智能烫发器温度、湿度测量的误差来源;第五章介绍温度控制单元的硬件设计,详细讨论模糊控制器的设计思路,给出模糊控制的仿真与实验结果;第六章简要介绍通信网络的结构,详细论述通信接口电路的硬件设计方案,以及通信协议的设计思路,最后一部分详细介绍智能烫发器通信的CRC校验算法的原理与实现方法;第七章从抗干扰设计、低功耗设计和可靠性设计三个方面论述智能烫发器的可靠性设计技术;结论部分总结了论文工作存在的不足,对项目的后续研制提出改进意见。 在本文的七章和文后的附录中,给出了智能烫发器的电路设计实物图片和软件清单。

【Abstract】 Along with the increasing of consumption capability of people, they now pay more attention to hairdressing. Enlarging market will speed up the development of hair perming device.With a view to the disadvantage of hair perming device on the market, a distributed intelligent hair penning device based on a digital-output temperature and humidity sensor and embedded system is proposed. The hardware circuit and software program of this new-type intelligent hair perming device is researched, designed, and finally implemented in this thesis. A single-chip, digital-output sensor is used which communicate with MCU through 2-wire serial interface to improve measurement precision of temperature and humidity, MCU drives the LCD directly instead of using special driver ICs to reduce the power consumption of the system,. The zero-cross switching mode of thyristor in power-control circuit is selected to reduce the radio interference to other circuit. The fuzzy-control scheme which is used in the temperature control is very simple, meanwhile the control effect is satisfactory. To take advantage of strong function of a PC, a wireless communication network is constructed through which a set of intelligent nodes are connected to a PC to form a distributed measurement and control system. To improve sysem communication reliability, principle and implement of CRC (Cyclic Redundancy Codes) error detection algorithms, a communication error detection method in common use, is studied in detail in this thesis also.This thesis consists of 8 chapters: The first chapter introduces the principle of perm, the basic function and research background of a hair perming device and innovation of the thesis. In the second chapter, the basic function and principle of a new-type intelligent hair perming device are systematically described. Chip selection and program language selection are explained. The third chapter discusses the display and dynamic driver principle of LCD of intelligent hair perming device. The hardware circuit and software of display unit are discussed in detail. The fourth chapter describes the specifications of a single chip relative humidity and temperature multi sensor and timing of its 2-wire interface, introduces in detail the design of information collection unite based on SHTIO, discusses the source of error in temperature and humidity detection; The fifth chapter introduces design of
