横向流胶团强化超滤稳态时渗透通量模型研究

【摘要】 胶团强化超滤是一种新型的水处理技术,它利用表面活性剂分子的胶团作用和胶团的增溶作用等性质通过超滤膜来实现分离。其对金属离子和有机物的去除率很高。但由于胶团强化超滤是一种较新的超滤技术,其相应的模型理论少之又少。因此迫切需要相关的数学模型对其进行理论指导。由于胶团强化超滤的膜污染严重和凝胶层阻力和膜阻力在实际应用中不易测定,因此常规的一些超滤模型对胶团强化超滤过程不适用。本论文根据质量守恒原理建立了横向流胶团强化外压式超滤及横向流胶团强化内压式超滤达到稳定状态时的单膜管渗透通量模型,并在此基础上应用能量守衡定理,将单膜管模型中无阻力影响的平均速度va修正为有阻力影响的平均速度va 1,并求出va 1,从而推导出横向流胶团强化外压式及内压式超滤达到稳定状态时的多膜管渗透通量模型。模型还引入了温度和表面活性剂的关系模型,推导出温度与渗透通量关系的模型,定量的分析了温度这个操作因素是如何影响渗透通量的变化。选用UEOS503型号的中空纤维外压式超滤膜(天津膜天膜工程技术有限公司)和UEIP503型号的中空纤维内压式超滤膜(天津膜天膜工程技术有限公司)分别进行了五组和三组超滤实验并对数据进行了分析,结果验证了这些模型的有效性,讨论了渗透通量与几个相关系数如表面活性剂临界胶团浓度(CMC),污染层等之间的关系,为进一步深入了解胶团强化超滤技术提供了有力的理论支持。

【Abstract】 Micellar-enhanced ultrafiltration (MEUF) is a new technology for the treatment of wastewater, which makes use of the properties of surfactant micellization and solubilisation and absorption of micellar, and etc, to realize the separation by ultrafiltration.The rate for metal and organic solutes removal is very high. So a phenomenologica mathematical model has been proposed for the batch MEUF process. But the membrane pollution is too serious to use the Hagen-Poiseuille model. And the resistance due to fouling and membrane is very difficult to measure,so the common ultrafiltration (UF) model is unfit to use.It’s based on the theory of conservation of mass to set up the single membrane tube permeate flux model of cross-flux for micellar-enhanced inside in ultrafiltration in steady state and permeate flux model of cross-flux for micellar-enhanced outside in ultrafiltration in steady state.Then based on the theory of conservation of energy, we correct the va to va1, and calculate the va1 to set up the many membrane tubes permeat flux model of cross-flux for micellar-enhanced ultrafiltration in steady state, make the modle peferct. And we set up the modle of temperature and permeation flux to quantitatively analyse how the temperature effect the permeation flux by the modle of temperature and surfactant.At the end we chose UEIP503 hollow fiber inside out ultra filtration membrane (Tianjin motian membrane eng.&tech. -co., LTD) and UEOS503 hollow fiber outside in ultra filtration membrane (Tianjin motian membrane eng.&tech. -co., LTD) to do ultra filtration experiment and the result has validated the validity of the model and analyzed internal connecting links-relationship between permeate flux and several parameters such as permeate fluid density, filter cake and etc. It will be a powerful theory for further study of MEUF.
