【摘要】 本文针对我国中小城市给水管网管理的实际情况,通过调查和分析给水管网运行管理过程中所存在的不足和需要迫切解决的较为困难的问题,结合当今盛行的地理信息技术,提出了建立城市给水管网地理信息管理系统的总体方案,并研制开发了相应的计算机应用程序。在对目前给水管网管理方式以及管理过程中碰到的问题进行分析的基础上,给出了城市给水管网地理信息管理系统的总体方案和详细设计,同时建立了给水管网基础数据库,依照数据库的组织方式对管网数据进行管理、编辑和分析,并在此基础上,开发了城市给水管网图形显示、图形编辑、水力模拟、管网事故处理、管网数据查询分析和管网数据专题图等功能模块,建立了城市给水管网地理信息系统,以充分发挥管网数据和计算机技术在城市供水管理中的作用。本文详细阐述了建立城市给水管网地理信息管理系统的思想基础、遵循原则、设计过程以及采用的计算技术,对管网各功能模块建立了数学模型,运用地理信息技术对城市给水管网进行了图形和属性数据一体化的操作,从而使给水管网的管理更加直观、便利和准确。课题的主要成果为给水管网地理信息系统,其目的就是利用地理信息技术和计算机技术,结合城市给水管网管理的需要,将城市给水管网中管段及各种附属设备信息数字化,使用计算机存储和管理,以代替传统管理中的图纸和手工方式,提高信息检索的效率,提高管理的科学性和可靠性,辅助城市供水部门更好的管理城市给水管网。更多还原

【Abstract】 In allusion to the actual status of city Service pipe network management,the thesis presents the collectivity project that to establish the city service pipe Network geography information manage system,based on the research and analyse of the lack which exist in the course of running water pipe network and the difficult problem which need to be solved. The computer internet applications is developed and empoldered.Based on the ana1yse of the way of the water pipe network’s management and the difficult problem which exist in the course of running water pipe network It presents the collectivity project of the city service pipe network Geography information manage system and estab1ish the waterpipe network’s basic data-base,and conform afresh the network data by the mode of data-base organization. Then on the base of it,open out the water pipe networks graphics show and edit,hydraulic simulation module,disposal accident module and data query andanalyse module and set up the geography information system.it will exert the network’s data-base and computer effect on the city water management.The thesis expatiate on the thought base,principle,design process and calculate technique that used in the foundation of the service pipe network geography information manage system,and set up each module’s math model.It handles the network’s graphics and words in a whole using the geography information system technique.That will make the water pipe network management easy, facilely and exactly.The last result of the Problem is service pipe net work geography information manage system.It’s aim is to store and manage city water supply network with computer by the use of GIS and computer technique and combine the need of the city water supply network management.it will replace the tradition manage method with drawing and handwork and it will improve the efficiency of information searches,improve the scientificalness and reliability of management and it will assist the department of city water supply network management do their work better.更多还原
