【摘要】 今天的中国正面临着一场史无前例的大变革,中国社会出现的所有冲动与矛盾都表明,中国的城市发展和社会现代化进程正在以高速度进行。无论是大城市还是中小城市都在进行城市规模扩张和城市边缘区的开发建设活动。由于我国的城市发展建设理论研究相对落后于城市发展,本文试图通过回顾国外城市发展理论的成果及对我国城市发展的现状和深层影响因素的分析,来探讨证明我国城市发展建设应该选择具有可持续性的密集模式,并对密集后的城市发展进行展望。论文的开篇通过对本课题研究缘起和研究目的及意义的介绍,引入本研究课题,并且介绍了相关概念的定义,进而确定论文研究范围和研究方法。第二章介绍了城市发展过程中的两大理论体系—集中主义与分散主义,还有新城市主义理论,并对其进行了评析,重点介绍了密集型城市产生的原因和背景,密集的可持续性以及目前外国学者对密集型城市的理论和实例研究成果。第三章分别从城市土地利用、住宅建设与人居环境、城市交通、空间形态、城市经济以及地下空间开发等方面结合部分国外实例阐述了密集模式的内涵与实质,指出城市只有发展密集模式才具有可持续性。第四章介绍了我国城市土地利用、住宅建设、城市交通、城市内部空间结构等的现状,并对我国城市发展中的问题做了概括。然后通过上海和香港两个城市发展密集模式实例的分析进一步说明我国城市应该发展密集模式的可行性与迫切性。第五章首先论述了密集模式在发展过程中可能出现的问题,并对这些问题该如何解决提出了相应的对策。然后阐述了城市发展的极限,城市环境容量,密集与舒适度之间的关系,最后对密集后城市的状况做了良好的展望。本文研究的重点是通过对我国目前城市发展建设现状的分析,指出城市发展过程中存在的问题。然后通过论述说明我国当前城市发展应该走密集模式道路的可行性与迫切性,我们只有发展密集模式才是可持续的。阐述了我国当前城市粗放型发展的模式并不适合我们这样一个地少人多、资源短缺的发展中国家,我们应该并且必须发展密集模式才能使城市走上良性发展的正确道路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Today China is facing an unprecedented big reformation, all impulses and contradictory which the Chinese society appears indicated that, China’s urban development and the social modernization advancement is carrying on by the high velocity. Regardless of the big city and medium or small sized town and cities all is carrying on the city scale expansion and city fringe area development construction. Because the research of our country’s urban development construction falls behind relatively the urban development. This article attempts through the review foreign urban development theory achievement, our country’s urban development present situation and the in-depth influence factor to analysis, which it discusses to prove that our country’s urban development construction should choose the sustainable dense pattern, and carries on the forecast to the dense pattern after urban development.The start of the article was the research origin, the research goal and the significance introduction, and it introduced the correlation concept definition, then determination the research scope and research technique. The second chapter introduced the two big theories systems in the urban development process - centralism and the decentralization, and the new city principle theory, then it has carried on the evaluation to it, introduced with emphasis the dense city produces reason and background, crowded sustainable as well as present foreign country scholar to dense city theory and example research.The third chapter analysis the research of the dense pattern separately from the city land utilization, the residence construct and the human occupied aspect and so on environment, municipal transportation, spatial shape, urban economy as well as underground spatial development unifies the partial overseas examples to carry on. It pointed out the city only then to develop the dense pattern to have sustainable. The fourth chapter introduced our country city land utilization, the residence construct, the municipal transportation, the city internal spatial structure, the present situation and so on, and it has made the summary to in our country urban development question. Then by analysis the city of Shanghai and the Hong Kong, it further showed our country city should develop the dense pattern feasibility and the urgency.更多还原
