沥青路面结构极限承载力分析与应用研究

【摘要】 沥青路面是目前我国高等级公路路面结构主要形式之一。近年来,随着超载和重载车辆的增多,沥青路面早期破坏现象越来越普遍。这些破坏不完全是现行规范所假定的疲劳破坏模式,由于路面结构的承载能力有限,过大的轴载一次作用就可能造成路面结构的破坏。然而世界各国在进行沥青路面结构分析与设计时尚未引入极限承载力的概念。因此,科学地确定沥青路面结构荷载等级,研究沥青路面结构极限状态设计方法成为工程中迫切需要解决的问题。本文从对湖南省内几条典型道路交通调查资料的分析入手,首先研究了重载沥青路面的轴载分布及荷载特征。并根据轴载谱,提出了按可靠度理论计算沥青路面最大设计荷载的方法。其次,利用弹性层状体系理论,根据重载的荷载特性,分析了典型沥青路面结构在重载下的力学响应,研究了沥青路面极限承载力的分析方法。再次,将极限承载力理论应用于沥青路面设计领域,提出了沥青路面结构极限状态设计方法,通过具体实例来说明,并比较了按本文方法与按规范方法得出的设计厚度的差异。最后,通过对自卸式运料车、轮胎压路机和振动压路机等三种常见施工荷载特性进行理论分析,建立了三种荷载的力学计算模型。对于振动压路机荷载下路面结构的力学分析,本文按平面应变问题考虑,得到了路面结构应力及位移的解析解。为便于计算,用VC++语言编制了相应的计算机程序。在此基础上,分析了不同施工阶段、路面材料不同养生龄期时,沥青路面结构在施工荷载下的力学响应,得出了路面结构在相应条件下的极限承载力,据此提出了合理的施工控制要求和建议。

【Abstract】 Asphalt pavement is one of the main pavment structures in high-type highways at present. With the increase of over-load and heavy load vehicles in resent years, premature damage of asphalt pavements becomes a more popular phenomenon. Not all of the damages belong to the fatigue damage mode supposed by exist specifications. As the bearing capacity of a pavement structure is limited, excessive load may damage the pavement structure at one action. However, the definition of ultimate bearing capacity is still not introduced in the analysis and design of asphalt pavements around the world. As a result, it is an urgent engineering problem to determine load level on asphalt pavements scientificly and to research ultimate state design method of asphalt pavement structures.This thesis started with the analysis of traffic data collected on several typical roads in Hunan province. The axle load distribution and characteristics of heavy load asphalt pavements were studied. Based on axle load spectrum, a method to calculate the maximum design load of asphalt pavements was first studied according to reliability theory. Secondly, the mechanical respond of a typical asphalt pavement structure under heavy load was analyzed according to multilayer system elastic theory and characteristics of heavy loads, and analysis method of ultimate bearing capacity of asphalt pavements was advanced. Thirdly, ultimate bearing capacity theory was applied in the design of asphalt pavments. Ultimate state design method for asphalt pavment structures was put forward and illustrated by a specific example. Difference in design thickness by method of this paper and that of specifications was compared. Finally, theory analysis was conducted about the characteristics of three common construction loads, which are loads of self-dumping truck, tire roller and vibratory roller, and mechanical calculation models were established for three loads. For the mechanical analysis of pavements under vibratory roller, it was considered as a problem of plane strain, and then analysis result of stress and displacement of pavement structures was obtained. For convenience of calculation, the corresponding computer program was compiled with language of VC++. On basis of this, mechanical responses of pavement structures under construction loads were analyzed, taking different construction phases of an asphalt pavement and different ages of pavment material into account.
