【摘要】 村规民约作为一种超越家族规范的社区公共规范，古以有之。它源于乡土社会，符合乡土社会的生活实际，柔和性地规范着人们的行为，合理地调整着乡土社会的生活秩序，是乡土社会村落整合的重要手段。而在当代中国，随着基层民主制度的实践，村规民约又成为村民自治的重要载体而存在，是村民进行自我管理、自我教育、自我约束的行为规范，是国家为广大普通村民的公共参与所做的重要制度安排。置身于现代化进程中的村规民约已不再仅仅是村民日常生活逻辑的体现，而是更多地融合了国家意志的因素，成为一种融乡土性与现代性于一体的重要的社会整合机制，并对村落和谐有序的发展发挥着自身特有的作用。 本文选取浙江省金华市A村作为田野调查的地点，以社会分化-整合和结构—功能理论为研究视角，运用社会学的实证研究方法，通过细致的田野调查探寻村规民约在村落整合与发展中所起的重要作用。本文紧扣村规民约这一村落领域中重要的整合手段，细致描述农村社区中村规民约的存在现状，分析其形成、生长和运作机制，通过具体的实例分析村规民约对村落整合和整体发展所发挥的重要作用，并在此基础上进而分析其演化方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 The contracted rules of villagers as a kind of a public community rules which is super the household norm existed in our ancient times. It comes from the hometown society, matches the actual life of hometown society, regulates the people’s behaviors in a norm of soft, adjusts living order of hometown society reasonably, and is important means of the hometown society integration. In contemporary China, along with the fulfillment of the grass-roots democratic institution, the contracted rules becomes the important carrier of the villagers autonomy, is a kind of rules that the villagers use to manage themselves, to educate themselves, to restrain themselves, and is an important system arrangement which the nation afford for the adjournment of most common villagers. Placed in the modernization, contracted rules of villagers within progress of modern realization is not only the embody of the villagers’ daily life logic, but also combined with the factors of national will, become a kind of important society integrating mechanism blending the hometown character to modernity character, and has special function of itself to the villages development.更多还原
