【摘要】 健商(HQ)即健康商数的缩写,是用指数来衡量一个人所具备的健康意识、健康知识和健康能力。健商是人类自身最基本的素质,它包括自我保健、健康知识、生活方式、精神健康、生活技能这五项要素。健商理念不仅为我们提供了科学系统的健康知识和全新的健康理论,而且为我们提供了个人健康量化的测试标准,并对如何获得更高的健商提出了全方位的指南。现阶段高校办学规模不断扩大,高校教师担负着繁重的教学与科研任务,其健康状况不容乐观。本文通过对新疆高校教师健商水平的调查,可以掌握教师在自我保健、健康知识、心理健康、营养膳食、生活方式和生活技能等方面的第一手资料,从而为提高新疆高校教师健康水平提供有益的建议。论文采用健商调查问卷对新疆8所高等院校教工进行调查。调查显示,汉族男、女教师总体健商水平随年龄增长逐渐上升,且汉族女教师比男教师变化明显。民族男、女教师总体健商水平随年龄增长呈现“马鞍形”变化趋势,36—44岁民族教师健商评分较低。女教师健商总体评分高于男教师,汉族教师高于民族教师。健商各单项指标的评分在不同民族、不同性别和年龄之间呈不均衡差异,主要如下:1.男教师体育锻炼的态度、动机及参与情况的健商总体评分高于女教师,更多还原

【Abstract】 HQ is the abbreviation of Health Quotient. It measures one’s health consciousness, health knowledge and health ability by index. So HQ is one’s most basic quality. HQ consists of five elements that are self-care, health knowledge, lifestyle, mental health and life skill.The concept of HQ supplies not only scientific and systematic health knowledge and the newest health theory and method but also actual measure standard about personal health and raises an overall guide.Though surveying HQ level of college teachers in xinjiang, we can get the first-hand materials about self-care, health knowledge, lifestyle, meals and nutrition , mental health and life skill. It can supply useful opinion and resource to improve care health level of teachers.This thesis investigates teachers’HQ using questionnaire about HQ. They are from eight colleges in xinjiang province. The survey shows Han teachers’overall HQ level increases gradually with the growth of age and the female teachers’change is more evident than the male ones’. Minority teachers’overall HQ level presents variation curve like saddle. Namely, HQ level of the teachers within 34 years old to 44 years old is the lowest. The male teachers’HQ is lower than the female ones’.Minority teachers’overall HQ is lower than Han ones’. The HQ marks of various index display unbalanced difference within different nations, different sex and different ages. The findings are :更多还原
