【摘要】 我国是统一的多民族国家,少数民族有1亿多人口,是体育运动的重要群体。广泛开展少数民族传统体育活动,是少数民族群众强身健体和弘扬本民族优秀文化的特殊需要,是在体育工作中贯彻落实党和国家民族政策的实际举措,对少数民族和民族地区经济社会的协调发展具有直接影响,对西部大开发和各民族全面建设小康社会以及构建和谐社会具有积极意义。新疆民族传统体育内容丰富,形式新颖,独具新疆地方特色。它们是在浩瀚的历史长河中,在新疆广袤的大地上,由新疆各民族在不断与大自然抗争和劳动生产过程中发展演化而来,它们承载了新疆民族厚重的民族传统文化,是新疆传统文化的一种具体体现的方式,但是在当前竞技体育全球化大潮的冲击下,这些民族传统体育的生存举步维艰,很多民族传统体育濒临失传,近几年,有很多专家学者已经意识到问题的严峻性,提出要加强和弘扬民族传统文化。民族传统体育文化是中华民族传统文化皇冠上一颗璀璨的明珠,如何使其发出耀眼的光芒,是我们体育工作者义不容辞的责任,采用何种方式来拯救和弘扬这些优秀的民族传统体育呢?使其进入学校体育教学不乏是一种很好的方式,因为学校既是继承和发扬民族传统文化的重要场所,也是弘扬民族传统体育的重要场所。新疆的民族传统体育在学校体育教学中的应用性研究,包括调查研究和实验研究两大部分,调查部分主要阐述了新疆民族传统体育项目在目前体育教学中的现状、新疆民族传统体育的特点及教学功能和价值、新疆民族传统体育在学校体育教学中是否可行和其进入学校体育教学的途径;实验研究就具体的一个民族传统体育项目(选择的富有新疆特色的传统体育项目是打毛线球)在学校体育教学中如何进行教学改编,在教学过程中应遵循那些教学原则,采用何种教学方式,提出了三个实验假设:学生对打毛线球这个体育项目很喜欢;打毛线球这项新疆民族传统体育项目对学生的身体素质的锻炼效果与现代体育项目的效果差别不大;打毛线球这项民族传统体育项目适宜在新疆甚至全国推广。通过教学实验验证这个项目受学生喜爱,这个项目具备推广的条件和价值,这个项目能对学生的身体素质起到锻炼效果。并通过这项教学实验为其它的新疆民族传统体育如何进入学校体育教学提供一些参考和借鉴因素,得出新疆民族传统体育项目适合在学校体育中开展,应大力推广。更多还原

Develop the activity of traditional sports of ethnic minority extensively, it is ethnic minority masses that improve the health and carry forward this nationality outstanding special requirement of culture, it is the implementation party and actual action of the national policy on ethnic affairs in sports work, the coordinated development of the ethnic minority and economics and society of the ethnic mimority area has direct influence, construct harmonious society have positive meaning to development of western regions and various nationalities comprehensive construction well-off society.Traditional sports of nationality of Xinjiang is abundant in content, the form is novel, have a local characteristic of Xinjiang alone. They are in vast historical long rivers, on the large earth of Xinjiang, evolved from the development in the course of resisting and working and producing with the nature of the various nationalities in Xinjiang constantly, they have born the weight of the deep and serious national traditional culture of nationality of Xinjiang, is a concrete embodiment way of the traditional culture in Xinjiang, but under the impact of the globalization spring tide of present athletics sports, the existence of traditional sports of these nationalities has difficulty in taking a step, traditional sports of a lot of nationalities is close to losting, in recent years , a lot of experts and scholars have already realized severe the question, propose strengthening and carrying forward national traditional culture. Nationality’s traditional sports culture is a bright pearl on the traditional culture imperial crown of Chinese nation, how to make it emit dazzling brilliant rays, it is our sports organizer’s duty-bound responsibility, which kind of way is adopted to save and carry forward these outstanding traditional sports of nationality?
