红色旅游的可持续发展战略探析

【摘要】 红色旅游是在我国改革开放进入攻坚阶段和区域经济协调发展战略格局初现雏形的大背景下出台的一项重要国家发展战略。实践证明，它对于推动国民经济社会发展，尤其是偏远革命老区经济社会发展，发挥着重要作用。但是，红色旅游在发展中暴露出一些问题，威胁着红色旅游的可持续发展，成为当下必须研究解决的紧迫任务。 本文就是以国际通行的可持续发展理念为理论依据，以一般旅游业为参照系，以我国发展红色旅游的官方文件和各地实践为资料，思考实现我国红色旅游可持续发展战略问题。 全文共分四部分：第一部分主要分析红色旅游的概念以及红色旅游可持续发展的含义，确立了全文分析问题的基本理论范式；第二部分主要分析发展红色旅游的多重意义，为进一步阐释红色旅游可持续发展的特殊内涵、问题及对策奠定基础；第三部分剖析了红色旅游发展中面临的主要问题，为思考和提出红色旅游可持续发展战略对策提供依据；第四部分提出我们对于实现中国红色旅游可持续发展战略的基本看法：在国家和政府的支持下，以可持续发展理念和科学发展观为指导，整合各种资源，做好红色旅游资源规划与线路设计，培植和宣传各种经典红色旅游景点、景区和线路品牌，使红色旅游走上持续、健康发展的轨道。更多还原

【Abstract】 Red tourism is an important national development strategy which backgrounds with our country’s reform-open entry to assaulting fortified phase and embryonic form of strategic pattern of regional economic cooperation development. The practice is proved that, red tourism takes important effect on promoting national economy development especially in remote revolution area. But developing red tourism exposes some questions and threatens its sustained development. So now it is urgent to study and resolve it.This paper is based on the theory of international universal sustained development, the reference frame of general tourism and the datum of our country’s red tourism official file and district practice, and considers how our country’s red tourism achieves sustained development.The paper divides four parts. The first part mainly analyzes the concept of red tourism and the meaning of its sustained development, and establishes basic theoretical pattern of the whole paper. The second part mainly analyzes multiple meanings of developing red tourism to set the foundation of further representing special implication, problems and solutions of red tourism sustained development. The third part analyzes the main problems faced in the development of red tourism to provide evidence of considering red tourism sustained development and putting forward to the strategy. The last part presents basic opinions of achieving Chinese red tourism sustained development. Integrate variety resources and do well resource layout and line design on the support of country and government and under the guidance of concept and scientific development of sustained development. Implant and promote all sorts of classical red tourism sights, scenic spots and line brands. Make red tourism go to the continuous and healthily developing path.更多还原
