日本七鳃鳗(Lampetra Japonica)消化系统组织形态研究

【摘要】 本研究采用解剖学、组织学、组织化学及电镜技术对日本七鳃鳗(Lampetra japonica)消化系统的形态、组织结构、组织化学及亚显微结构进行了初步研究。 形态学研究结果表明,日本七鳃鳗消化道较短,为一直管,仅为体长的0.745倍,体腔长的1.186倍。胃退化。食道仅为咽和肠间的一段简单管。肠内有螺旋脊。口腔腺外包有肌肉和结缔组织膜。肝脏单叶,长三角形。无胆囊。有脂肪组织分布于胰、肠前段等处。 组织学研究结果表明,日本七鳃鳗食道褶皱处粘膜上皮为复层立方上皮,褶皱基部为变移上皮。前肠、中肠和后肠粘膜上皮均为单层柱状上皮,其中并未发现杯状细胞,有肠腺,肠上皮有密集的纤毛。肝小叶界限不清。内分泌性胰由若干个大小不等、形状不定的细胞团组成。口腔腺上皮细胞高柱状,游离端充满了的酶原颗粒。 组织化学研究结果表明,过碘酸-Schiff(PAS)染色显示肠与肝脏内都含有较多的碳水化合物。Daddi氏酒精性苏丹Ⅲ法染色显示肠内的结缔组织中含有大量的脂肪;肝脏内部的脂肪含量非常高;口腔腺上皮内充满脂肪颗粒,越朝向腔内的一端,脂肪颗粒越多。口腔腺上皮内部的脂肪可能与口腔腺的分泌有关。在汞——溴酚蓝染色的切片中,口腔腺内容物被染成了明显的蓝色,说明其主要成分为蛋白。 亚显微结构研究结果表明,肠上皮纤毛的结构为9+2型。肝脏与肠细胞内各种细胞器均较丰富。口腔腺上皮细胞高柱状,游离端充满了酶原颗粒,胞内和胞间充满大量的微管泡系,分泌方式为局部分泌型。 日本七鳃鳗消化系统组织形态结构特点与其特殊的取食方式和进化地位密切相关。

【Abstract】 Anatomical, histological, histochemical and electron microscope methods were used on preliminary studies on the form, the histological structure, the histochemistry and the ultrastructure of Lampetra japonica.Morphological studies tell us that the digestive tract of Lampetra japonica is a pipe, relatively short, being 0. 745 times as long as its body, 1. 186 times as long as its body cavity. Because of the life style specialization Lampetra japonica has no lingual. The oesophagus is only a brief pipe between pharynx and intestine. Typhlosole is preset in intestine. There are muscle and connective tissue around buccal gland. The liver has only one lobe, present long triangle, flaky and colour is filemot, dark brown and fuchsia. There is no gall bladder. Fatty tissue is in panceas and the fore-intestine.Histological studies tell us that there is stratified cuboidal epithelium in the fold epithelium of oesophagus mucosa, and transitional epithelium in the bottom of the fold. The fore, mid- and hind- intestine epithelium is single-layered columnar epithelium. Intestinal gland exists. There are lots of dense cilia in the epithelium. The lobulation is not so distinct in the liver. The endocrine pancreas consists of different size and various shape cell masses. The secretory epithelial of the buccal glands is consist of high columnar cells, and the cells contain numerous granules, some of which are zymozgen-like.Histochemical studies tell us that in the sections stained with mecury-bromophenol blue, abundant blue protein inclusions are present in the cavity of buccal glands. In the sections stained with periodic acid-Schiff Daddi, abundant carbohydrate is present in intestine and liver. In the sections stained with Daddi’ alcohol sudan III, fat is present in connect tissue of intestine, liver and the epithelial of the buccal glands. The more close to free end of the cell, the more abundant fat is present in cells. The fat in the epithelial of the buccal glands may correlate with secretory.Ultrastructure studies tell us that the cilia in the epithelium are the same as the one in the intestine of lower vertebrates. Abundant cell organs are in the cells of intestine and liver. Intestinal gland exists. The secretory
