人的发展视域中的社会主义和谐社会建设

【摘要】 实现人的自由全面发展是马克思主义的崇高价值目标和理想追求。马克思主义认为，人的本质在其现实性上是一切社会关系的总和，人的发展离不开社会的全面进步。只有社会全面和谐发展，才能真正推动作为社会主体的人的全面发展。社会历史发展应该是生产力和生产关系，经济基础和上层建筑全面发展的整体，社会发展是生产力起决定作用基础上的几方共同推动的结果。社会主义社会不仅要生产力高度发达，而且要求生产关系不断完善，经济基础和上层建筑不断巩固。这就决定了我们不仅要建设高度的物质文明，而且要建设高度的精神文明和政治文明，以推动社会全面和谐的发展。人的全面发展不仅是马克思社会发展观的价值取向，也是社会主义“和谐社会”建设的必然选择和价值目标。 本文从马克思主义人的发展理论的哲学角度论述社会主义和谐社会建设。 本文共分三部分： 第一部分，从内涵和特点两个方面，阐述了马克思主义人的全面发展理论。 第二部分，全面阐述马克思主义的和谐社会思想，从实践的角度论述和谐社会的构建。 第三部分，全面论述和谐社会与人的发展的关系，从人的发展的视角探讨社会主义和谐社会的建设。 党的十六届四中全会把“提高构建社会主义和谐社会的能力”作为党执政能力的一个重要方面明确提出，这在我们党的历史上还是第一次。这一重要论断的提出，是对马克思主义理论的丰富和发展，促进经济社会与人的全面发展的协调统一，是我们党对社会主义社会发展规律在认识上的重要升华，也是我们社会主义社会建设理念的一次重大飞跃。更多还原

【Abstract】 To achieve the liberal and all-around human development is Marxist sublime pursuit and dreamboat of value. Marxism believes that human essence is practically the total of all social relations. Human development cannot separate from the comprehensive development of the society. It is only the harmonious social development that pushes forward the all-around development of human being. The social historical development is the integer of the collective promotion of the productivity and production relations, economic foundation and superstructure, in which productivity is the basis. Socialist society demands not only the full development of the productivity but also that of the production relations, at the same time, the economic foundation and superstructure should go solid. It determines that we should develop both the material civilization and the spiritual and political civilization so as to push forward the harmonious social development. The human all-around development is not only the value target of Marxist social development views, but also the inevitable choice and target in the construction of the socialist harmonious society.This paper discusses the socialist harmonious society development from the perspective of Marxist theory of human development.It has three parts:Part one describes Marxist theory of human development from the viewpoints of its basic meaning and characteristics.Part two explores the concept of Marxist harmonious society and illustrates the construction of harmonious society from the perspective of practice.Part three discusses the relationship between society and human development and the construction of socialist harmonious society from the perspective of human development.The Fourth Plenary session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of Chinese Communist Party raised "improving the capability of constructing the socialist更多还原
