基于GIS的黑龙江省矿泉水资源管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 黑龙江省由于其独特的自然地理、地质及水文地质条件,矿泉水资源质优量大。矿泉水资源是一种宝贵的可更新自然资源,为了更好地开发和保护矿泉水资源,必须加强矿泉水资源的科学管理,只有这样才能使矿泉水资源产生最佳的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益,并实现可持续发展。 随着GIS软件体系的发展,特别是面向对象编程、组件技术和网络技术的出现,为GIS应用系统软件开发带来了全新的思想和活力。本文详细研究了黑龙江省矿泉水资源管理系统的设计思路、实现方法和关键技术,主要内容为: 1.设计了“黑龙江省矿泉水资源管理系统”的技术方案、总体框架结构、系统功能、数据组织和数据库建设方案; 2.研究了系统主要功能的实现方法、数据库建设流程和关键技术的解决方案; 3.以MapObject2.2+ADO+VB实现了基于C/S结构的矿泉水资源专业数据管理系统; 4.以ASP+ArcIMS+SQLServer2000实现了基于B/S结构的矿泉水信息网络发布系统; 通过对以上内容的研究,提出了基于组件技术和网络技术的矿泉水资源管理系统的设计与集成方案;设计了矿泉水资源空间和属性数据库的组织方案;解决了系统开发过程中,矿泉水资源空间信息集成、专业查询分析、数据编辑和数据管理的技术问题;基本完成了“黑龙江省矿泉水资源管理系统”的开发工作。
【Abstract】 Mineral water resource in Heilongjiang province has a high quality and great quantity due to its physically geographic, geological and hydrogeological conditions. Mineral water resource is a precious renewable nature resource, scientific management of water resources must be strengthened in order to develop and protect water resources in a better degree, only in this way can we make it produce the best economical, environmental and social benefit and realize its sustainable development.The development of software technology mechanism , especially the advent of object-oriented programming idea, component object model (COM) and network technology, bring new methods of developing software for all application systems including GIS. This paper researches " Mineral Water Resources Management System in Heilongjiang Province Based on GIS" design scheme in detail, accomplishment method and key technology. The main content can be summarized as follows:1. Design the technology schema and the framework of "Mineral Water Resources Management System in Heilongjiang Province" and the plan about how to divide the functional model, how to organize the data, how to construct database.2. Research the implementation method for main function in system, the flow of constructing database.3. Realize "Mineral Water Resources Management System in Heilongjiang Province" useing MapObject2.2+ADO+VB based on C/S structure.4. Realize mineral information network release use ASP+ArcIMS+SQLServer2000 based on B/S structure.After complete the research, author puts forward the scheme for design and integration of Mineral Water Resources Management System based on COM and network, designed the structure of spatial and attribute database for the mineral water resource data. The mainly problems which are solved are as follows: the integration of mineral water resource spatial information, the professional query and analysis of mineral water resource, data edit and data management. At present, the principal parts of "Mineral Water Resources Management System in Heilongjiang Province" has been completed.
