从和谐社会角度看婚姻和谐的伦理维度

【摘要】 “和谐社会”是古今中外人们孜孜不倦的追求。从古代的“礼之用，和为贵”到当今构建社会主义和谐社会，反映了中华民族世代相传的“贵和”理念。婚姻是两性结合的形式，是家庭的前提，家庭是社会的有机组成部分，婚姻家庭和谐是社会和谐的重要组成部分。但随着改革开放的深入和经济全球化进程的加快，人们的思想观念发生了巨大变化，使得婚姻家庭道德领域出现了许多新情况、新问题，其中比较凸出的问题是婚外恋增多、离婚率上升问题。这些问题既影响婚姻家庭的和谐也给社会的稳定带来不良影响，是构建社会主义和谐社会的障碍。因此，在我国着力构建社会主义和谐社会之际，婚姻家庭和谐问题理应受到重视。本文梳理了古今中外关于和谐社会的思想，剖析了我国当前婚姻家庭现状，针对婚姻家庭中存在的影响和谐社会构建的问题，从伦理道德角度进行了分析，并对婚姻家庭和谐的构建作了有益的尝试。 在内容结构上，本文首先对“和谐”作词义溯源，介绍古今中外人们对和谐社会的理想追求，分析婚姻家庭和谐是社会和谐的重要组成部分。第二部分，从我国婚姻家庭道德观发生的变化和我国婚姻关系中存在的主要问题两方面，对我国婚姻道德现状进行了剖析。第三部分，从和谐社会角度提出了婚姻家庭建设的四个伦理维度，即理性认同维度、责任义务维度、感情心理维度和性生活和谐维度，以期促进婚姻家庭的和谐，从而为社会主义和谐社会的构建奠定基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Harmony is what people pursue with diligence at all times in the whole world. Cherishing the value of harmony in ancient times and the construction of the socialist harmonious society nowadays reflect Chinese nation’s thoughts and psychology that harmony is the best which be passed from generation to generation. Marriage is the form of sexual reproduction. Marriage is the basis of family and family is the cell of society. The harmony of marriage and family is an important part of harmony of society. But with the development of the reform and opening policy, people’s thinking has brought about great changes. And that has caused new problems and new situations in the realm of morality of marriage and family. At the same time, it affects the harmony of the marriage and family and the social order. Therefore, the problem of harmony of marriage and family should be valued during the construction of the socialist harmonious society.The thesis is divided into three parts:Firstly, the thesis introduces the pursuit of harmony of people at all times in the whole world as well as analyzes that harmony of marriage and family is an important part of harmony of society.Secondly, the thesis anatomizes the current situation of Chinese morality of the marriage and family through investigating the change of Chinese morality of marriage and family and analyzes the main problems of Chinese marriage.The last, from the angle of the harmonious society, the thesis puts forward four ethical dimensions of the harmony of the marriage and family: dimension of the reasonable identifying, dimension of responsibility and duty, dimension of the emotion and mentality and dimension of sexual harmony.
