可重构制造系统CAPP技术研究

【摘要】 先进制造技术的发展趋势表明,未来的制造系统应该是能够适应市场的需求变化、能够快速调整制造过程、制造功能和制造生产能力的可重构制造系统。可重构制造环境下的CAPP系统是可重构制造系统的重要组成部分,可重构制造环境下CAPP系统不再面向固定的制造环境,而是面对动态变化的制造资源及加工对象,其最大特征是其柔性和动态响应性。可重构环境下CAPP技术是集成机械制造技术、计算机技术、工程管理技术和软件技术于一体的、多学科交叉的一项复杂技术。可重构制造系统CAPP技术的理论与方法研究具有相当的难度。论文主要包括以下几个方面的内容: 1.系统的阐述了可重构制造环境下CAPP系统设计的理论与方法。在借鉴NLPP、CLPP、DTP部分思想的基础上,提出了可重构制造环境下CAPP系统的体系结构,并探讨了其实现方法。 2.对CAPP系统发展过程中的瓶颈问题—复杂工艺尺寸链自动求解问题提出了一个较为实用的解决方案。在对大量工艺尺寸链计算问题反复分析的基础上,通过对单一尺寸形式的抽象,建立基于图论的数学模型,并最终设计出求解算法。 3.引入了一种适用于可重构制造环境的阵列式混合布局形式,建立了可重构制造单元设备布局的数学模型,并利用遗传算法对阵列式结构的每一行进行了优化。
【Abstract】 The tendency of Advanced Manufacturing Technology (AMT) shows that future manufacturing system should be the Reconfigurable Manufacturing System (RMS) which can quickly adjust it is production capacity and functionality within a part family in response to sudden changes in market. A system of CAPP (Computer Aided Process Planning) suited for RMS is a important part of RMS. What it deals with is dynamic and variable manufacturing environment instead of stationary state. The study on the theory and method of CAPP technology suited for RMS is so difficult because it is concerned with several objects: machine manufacturing technology, computer technology, engineering management technology and software technology, etc. The main content of the dissertation is as follows:1. The dissertation offers systemic expatiation of theory and methods in the design of CAPP system suited for RMS. Based on the idea of NLPP, CLPP, DTP, a system structure of CAPP suited for RMS is proposed and implementation method is researched.2. With the development of CAPP system, the calculation of process dimension chain has become one of the choke point. A creative algorithm based on the theory of graphics is introduced in this paper in the course of author researching and developing CAPP system for rotational parts through analyzing numbers of this kind of question. In order to achieve our purpose of finding an intellectualized algorithm, this article takes the following procedures, seeking the intrinsic characteristic of single process dimension, establishing the mathematical model, abstracting the expression way based on the theory of graphics, instituting some regulation during the construction of algorithm, and finally procuring the algorithm.3. A mix layout in array mode which is applicable to reconfigurable manufacturing condition is researched. The mathematical model of equipment layout for reconfigurable manufacturing cell and each row of the array optimized by the genetic algorithm.
