等高齿螺旋锥齿轮研制与分析

【摘要】 本论文通过对现有等高齿螺旋锥齿的设计制造进行分析、比较、综合的基础上提出了一种虚拟的等高齿设计加工方案,该方案首先建立齿轮的数学模型并进行数值运算求解;而后进行计算机模拟齿轮,实现齿轮的仿真加工;最后实际加工出齿轮样品,通过对它的接触区分析测试以检验该种虚拟的等高齿设计加工方案的正确性,同时新的加工方案的提出大大的提高了该种齿轮的加工效率和加工质量。

【Abstract】 This thesis systematically analyzes the design and manufacture on Equal-height spiral bevel gears .Based on the analysis and comparison of spiral bevel gears. A new plan concerned with the manufacture and design is presented and introduced in this paper. In this plan, firstly we set up a mathematic model; then calculate it and get a result. Secondly, we use computer to simulate the gears; At last we get the gears. According to the contact zone analysis performance that we got by testing, we know that it is right way to design and manufacture on this gear. Therefore, as far as the problems the gears are concerned, production efficiency and economical benefit in most enterprises will be dramatically improved by this method.
