三维曲面激光扫描光三角检测技术研究

【摘要】 针对国内外对三维曲面在线非接触检测的要求,本文研究并设计了一套基于激光扫描光三角原理工作的一种非接触式三维曲面检测仪。 本文所提出的这项具有现实意义的检测技术是采用半导体激光技术与激光扫描和光三角测量相结合的光电传感技术来研究曲面并实现三维非接触测量的崭新理论,它与电子学、计算机技术相结合构成具有实际应用价值的自动检测系统。 本文叙述了该检测仪的组成部分:基于光三角原理的激光侧头,光栅位移检测系统,闭环伺服控制系统,单片机控制系统和计算机进行数据处理和拟合,并对其进行了形位误差分析。 本文利用了动态光三角检测技术,实现了对空间位置的测量,其分辨率可达0.01mm。

【Abstract】 Aim at domestic and international request for curved surface on-linely and no getting in touch with inspecting, this paper research and design a set of apparatus according to laser scan photo-triangle principle.In this paper an inspecting technique for having realistic meaning adopt the semi-conductor laser technique, laser scanning and photo-triangulation together photoelectricity transducer technique to study and realize curved surface no getting in touch with the measured brand-new theories, it combines electronics with calculator technique and can constitute an automatic inspecting system to have the actual applied worth.This paper describe the apparatus constituent part: the laser inspected head according to photo-triangulation principle, the raster displacement inspected system, the close loop servocontrol system, the single chip computer controlled system and data processing and imitatethe with computer , and analyse it’s form and position error measurement.This paper make use of the dynamic photo-triangulation technique, and realize to the inspect of the space position, its distinguished rate can attain 0.01 mm.
